Delivery has not arrived
Delivery has not arrived. Was advised in store to order on the website, and not to worry that it would be dispatched - despite firm going into administration. Items have not arrived 12 days later. Trading standards need to get involved. The website is still taking orders. At the very least they need to update the delivery information if they genuinely just need more time to fulfil or a phone number that works!

No stars for Laura Ashley. I placed my order 2 weeks ago, I have heard nothing other than the confirmation email of my order. I can’t ring as the number doesn’t work, sent 3 emails and had no replies. I have now taken it up with my bank to try and get my money back as there is something really fishy going on with the Laura Ashley online. I telephoned the store for advice lady was really rude and put the phone down on me. A bit of advice do not order from online Laura Ashley!!!

I like others have ordered online with Laura Ashley.
The assistants in their stores say that there is a delay in online orders being despatched.
However,under the circumstances a lot of customers are being ignored,emails bouncing back and not even a person to speak to at Customer Services ( just an automated voice) I have not received my order and feel that they are offering a service ( Online) where they have no intention of honouring the purchase.Surely this is Theft !! Trading Standards need to get involved ....Laura Ashley are still updating Instagram ( last post 14th July) encouraging you to shop online...Along with lots of honest customers complaints of money being taken and orders not fulfilled ...I am livid that they are getting away with this.
Update today 20th July ( I have received 2 emails from Laura Ashley) to say my items I ordered have been despatched and are on the way to my local courier ...So for anyone else that is still waiting ,I think there is an issue in despatching Online orders in the promised timeframe ....🤞everyone gets their orders..I’ll let you know when I get mine .

Taken my money but no goods have…
Taken my money but no goods have arrived. I placed an order a week ago, apart from order confirmation, not heard anything. Went to chase this morning, and you can't get through on the phone. Just seen all these reviews and now worried i'm not going to receive my goods. They should not be allowed to trade on line if they can't fulfil the orders. Disgusting. Trying to find an email address to contact but will definately be looking for my money back.

Update: After making a formal complaint, the goods I ordered have now arrived, one week after the advertised delivery date of 7 working days. However I have not received any response to my e-mails and the administrators at PwC wouldn't take my call. By acting in this way, and providing the details of a customer services telephone which is always 'not available at this time', PwC is acting disingenuously and not upholding the Insolvency Code of Ethics. They are also potentially damaging the Laura Ashley brand for a future buyer. I await a response from the Receivers at PwC to my written complaints.
Original review: Laura Ashley is in administration, the administrators being PriceWaterhouse Coopers (PwC). PwC is bound by the Insolvency Practitioners Code of Ethics (available online from the uk govt website, Trustpilot won't allow me to post the link) which states that practitioners must act with integrity and be 'straightforward and honest' in their business dealings. PwC is violating this code of ethics by continuing to trade Laura Ashley online and taking customers' money with absolutely no intention of fulfilling their orders.I have received no responses to my e-mails and the customer service phone line is not taking calls. PwC is operating Laura Ashley in a way which breaks both customers' statutory rights in the UK and the code of ethics. Customers who purchased from Laura Ashley before 17th March, when the company went into administration, are unsecured creditors and are unlikely to receive their money back; but if you purchased online when the company was being operated by PwC, PwC has a duty of care to customers, statutory obligations in trading online and cannot break the law by operating in this way. I have made a formal complaint to the receivers at PwC as they are in charge of the company and the way it operates; I suggest other customers do the same.
Don’t order online, you won’t get your goods but they will take your money
Been waiting 3 weeks for a dispatch email and still nothing. No answer to phone calls or emails. Why are orders still being taken if they cannot be fulfilled and looks like no way of getting my money back. Website should be closed down as money is being taken but no goods sent.

Update on previous review - I have received two emails from Laura Ashley today to say my order has been dispatched; so keeping everything crossed....
Wish I hadn't ordered online - I ordered several chandeliers and a table lamp at the end of June '20. Still not delivered. Tried ringing, tried emailing; no response. Enquired in store if online orders are being fulfilled and was advised they were and I was presented with a paper saying Laura Ashley Ltd in Administration; I was directed to email if I have concerns. Such a shame that longstanding customers are not even being responded to; very poor service...

Went into shop today and noticed staff getting Rather rude recently ' especially the so called manager ' been shopping with Laura Ashley for over 10 years and this is by far the most obnoxious and rude staff in Warrington store . I know Laura Ashley is closing but really you want to work in Retail do you ? I wouldn't Employ you in pound shop never mind a good store like Laura Ashley it's no wonder you going Down and in administration as you lost over £500 in sales today Because you couldn't be bothered to listen or serve . It seems you cant give no stars! My upholsterer’s opinion of LA - ‘No wonder they went bust’. He was looking at the foam used in my Laura Ashley sofa seats which after just 6 months of use are sagging, rumpled and look appalling. LA replaced the seats when we first complained - with identical foam seats so the problem is back with a vengeance. Decided that LA will be incapable of a remedy which will be a proper solution (ie spend money on using quality foam) and now that they are in administration will not have money to refund, so have taken the seats to an upholsterer for his expert view. He said the foam is the worst quality you can get and should not be used in furniture seating and indeed used in anything over a 1inch - 2inch thickness . The seat cushions are 4+”. No wonder they look so bad. He was appalled that they had used it in sofa seating, ‘cost cutting obviously’. So he is remedying it with the correct quality foam that should have been used in the first place. The LA name used to be synonymous with quality but it has shown its true colours and they are not bright. Would not recommend at all.

Have shopped in LA for years. Ordered goods in June and sent back for an exchange as they were too big. LA now have my goods and money. I’ve been advised by customer services that they cannot offer a resolution and to submit a creditors claim with the insolvency team. Didn’t even know they were in administration when I placed my order.

I have ordered over 2 weeks ago and I am still waiting for it, I cant get hold of any other their customer services I have tried calling and ringing multiple of times and still no answer, all I wanted to know was where my order was?
