Bought the policy from these scammers and rip off company cancelled it because my house doesn’t look same in google maps explained that I have renovated and made a new driveway but they don’t want to accept that and charged me £130 cancellation and setup fees stay away at all cost the duty manger was Andy Grey

The worst insurance company ever I paid £250 deposit after 2 days I cancelled after they kept asking me proof of NDC even though I provided 1, they refunded me £70 only and I was insured with them for 2 days in which I did not drive my car because it was showing not insured on askmid!

Stay away from this company!!!

Very very bad poor service.coz my car recovered time damage front bumper.first time said to me they will be fixed it .4 weeks later they are deny.please be careful every body checks it recovery before and after.absulately bad service.thanks

I wish I don't have to pick any star as you guys are fraudsters. I will never market you guys and I will tell people how bad your insurance is. Had a crash first week in December and till then I have not had any positive thing about my car. I have fallen ill because I have been taken public transport. Why do you make things difficult for people. This insurance is a scam and I will not advise my enemy to use them as I have told everyone who cares to listen to not use you guys. Big SCAM

I joined ladybird insurance last January and everything was okay on tell about six months this year I noticed that they had started to take my direct debit out on the 24th which was supposed to come into the 28th they had changed the date to suit themselves so if the 28 fell on a weekend they wouldn't get it until the Monday if they decided to take it a lot so the decided to take it out on the 24th which was then put me in going over drawn with bank I tried to contact them this morning regarding an insurance quote as my insurance was finishing today and I needed to get the car insured but for tomorrow but when I contacted the lady on the ladybird site and I said to her that I wanted to do the renewal so she starts to take all my details off me for the new car that I have and then I pulled them up about the fact as they had only put two years no claims bonus on my NCB which I thought that's not right because originally I lost he is no claims due to an accident through no folt of my own I got dropped to 2 years insurance and they tried to call me out of years nor claims I said to the woman on the phone that this form is not right there no claims bonus because it was almost saying two years and I had three so just as I said that they said oh no we can't ensure you now because here no I'm just insured today with another insurance company no problems no mention of the factors my driving licence expired which I shall sorted next month which are not worried about but there were of this company of them taking no claims off here or hold back from taking dd. And getting extra admin charges

They are not to be trusty and very dishonest!
I've been driving for 25 years and never had any issues with any insurance. Decided to go with ladybird as they offered a competitive price, however after a week of taking the insurance and having paid it in full, they began adding hidden charges of over 400 pounds. I couldn't get out of the contract and was forced to pay it monthly. Every month they send threatening emails stating the policy will be cancelled as I haven't made payment. However I always make payment at the end of the of the month which is recorded on their lines.
When I have asked to go through Tri complaints procedure they have said they don't have one. Staff are extremely rude.
I am currently going through the ombudsman.

my renew came up and this company quoted me 1457.00 from 483.00 the previous year with 5 years no claims bonus.. rang them 3 times about this, said they would ring me bk 3 times.. no phone calls at all.. day light robbery from this place.. waste of space. They did finally ring me back 2 weeks later with a £1700 quote.. Asked them why it was so expensive and they couldn't give me an answer. You can't justify that quote.

Got my renewal through and it have triple in a year. When calling was not reason a valid reason why would not use them again.

This morning I had a breakdown, to my surprise there opinions for breakdown is opinion 4 and it’s not running 24hrs services. It’s says there opening hours is from 08:30am - 05:30pm, which is really disappointing I regret registering with ladybirds insurance; this morning 13/12/23 I have to cancel my shift , which I know my colleagues at work are going to really struggle because of the nature of my job.
I managed to get hold of the breakdown . I was transferred to there complain unit by a lady called Louise I spent over 35mins on the phone no responses.😖. This is really disappointing when they want to give quote they pretend to be the best person on earth, what a shame ladybird insurance.

I was try to get a quote but Mark on of there staff manage to explain everything to me and tell me to collect some information from my formal insurance company. And the quotation given to me was better off. Even cheaper from what the machine generates. For now the staff treat me well finger crossed.😄

Dreadful company. Poor customer service and charged extortionate amount to cancel policy. I cancelled after they tried to add nearly £300 to a policy which I started less than a week earlier. Avoid
