Im am positive that I selected and ordered a 7.5 size and the way your site is it would be hard to select the wrong size. The system was glitching while I was trying to select my size as if multiple people were on the system. I was sent a size 9.5 and it is not returnable. I love both pair of shoes but, I'm only able to wear one pair.

I want to start of by saying I love the vibrant colors of the sandals/shoes. Unfortunately I will be returning both sandals from this order because they are not true to size. I wear size 8 and it appears you have to size up. I feel the process is a bit much because you have to wait for refund in order to reorder the item. Exchange would be a better option instead of going through a tedious process. Nevertheless I still want the sandals.

Ordered a size 7 which is my size however this 7 fits and looks like it's a 8.5 and because it's a sale item I couldn't even get a merchandise credit so I'm just stuck with a too big shoe and out of $170
