Second time ordering from Krystellie & unfortunately the service never got me the items.

I ordered 2 months in advance of my event & by one month passing I hadn’t received the parcel. I contacted the team & they investigated, turns out it was never shipped & there was an issue with their payment merchant (Moona, who gave £5 discount if you paid through them) despite having two confirmation order emails from both Krystellie & Moona.

If that was the situation alone it would’ve been fine, however, long story short - 1) I was told to contact Moona myself for my own refund, despite them supposedly being linked/ affiliates. 2) I made multiple attempts with Krystellie asking them to please help me retake my order & honour the price I paid. They had absolutely no motivation despite numerous emails of mine to apologise, help with any reorder or provide any type of gesture (I’d have reordered with free postage for example). 3) Ludicrously slow responses - it’s not always within 24hrs as quoted on the website - & little to no help or progress when you do finally get one.. after 8 days with ignored emails I really wasn’t going to beg for their business & knew I would leave this review!

Shame because my first order with Krystellie 10yrs ago was good so I came back. Now because they had no care to help sort my order I’ve placed another order with a competitor of theirs & I’m already much happier to stay away.

AWFUL SERVICE AVOID AT ALL COSTS I ordered some extensions last year in September the colour didn’t match so I returned the extensions and never received my refund I have sent numerous emails direct and through Instagram to be Ignored and nothing being rectified, a very unprofessional service and awful customer service too.

Unfortunately I can’t leave a 0 star review. This company are thieves. Avoid at all costs. I’m in a legal battle as I ordered a wig back in April 2020. I’ve still never received it and never had a refund. I’ve emailed them every day for nearly a month and now messaging on social media for almost 2 weeks and although they are promising to refund I’ve still had nothing. My bank are also looking into the case but all of this just isn’t worth the hassle. Avoid at all costs!

A friend of mine recommended I try pre-styled club in extensions since I’m having a nightmare with lockdown hair atm!
I didn’t even know where to start but they were super helpful when I contacted them for help on which product to go for! The quality was way better than I expected for the price paid, colour match was near perfect & I genuinely can’t fault them - I’ll definitely be ordering some more.

Fast delivery, good quality extensions and easy to clip in! Will definitely be ordering again.

Terrible service- still awaiting a refund from a return that was supposed to have been refunded in august! Sent emails 4 seperate occasions - no one will respond! Now going to paypal for refund and trading standards about this joke of a company!

So far I have ordered my extensions and nothing seems to be an issue, I am hoping the extensions will arrive in time for a party I am attending this Friday.
It stated the maximum delivery date will be 1-2 days therefore it should arrive.

Really annoyed, ordered my hair extensions On a Monday, delivery is meant to be 1-2 business days that’s what you pay for, it’s not free, and I was moving house on that Thursday, I still had no item, despite emailing and DM’ing instantly, iv had no response and an item I can never pick up due to living now 277 miles from old address. Not helpful at all.

Krystellie are absolutely brilliant.. Great customer care team if any problems. I have been buying my hair from them for about a year now and its great i wear them near enough every day and lasts me a good 3 months 🙈 better than any other company ive used & ive tried so many

WORST COMPANY EVER do not ever order from here. I had to get my bank to claim the money back. They messed up my order completely. I told them to cancel my order yet they still shipped it out and the correct order got lost. I didn't end up with any extensions and when you contact them via email or social media they will reply after 2 or 3 days. Do not order from here!!!!
