I placed an order based on a welcome email that clearly advertised 25% off my second order. After purchasing, this offer has not been honoured, and despite multiple emails (with proof of their discount advertisement), customer support has stopped responding. Very disappointing experience.

I google searched Redken bundles as I was sick of buying small bottles and decided to invest in large bottles to be more cost effective. LTL was first one the search with good deals and variety of products. However, after putting an order in and paying, I received no order confirmation that you would typically get from other retailers which details your order number, details of your purchase, delivery address, estimated delivery etc. just a simple email saying your order is coming with a special guide in the subject bar and the email containing advertisement of other brands and How to’s. After numerous days, still no update of my order so I contacted them. No reply so far. Since no one is getting back to me I have had to dispute the cost with my bank. Be careful!

I was worried after reading the reviews!
I ordered 2 x 1000ml REDKEN shampoo/conditioners and then once that order was placed they offered 25% off so I ordered some REDKEN heat protector sprays
All orders arrived within a week
Products all good

SCAMMERS - AVOID LTL SHOP

Stick to your normal retailers it’s not worth the risk!!! Learnt my lesson to always check the reviews of an unknown company.

I purchased the item and realised it was the wrong item straight away. I tried to cancel my order before shipment but there was NO option on the website - that was the first red flag.

After my item arrived I struggled to find an email address to contact the shop directly. Once found the communication and grammar of this person was appalling. They explained that they were waiting for my return label to be generated - which I know takes 5 minutes. I still haven’t had a response from that email - it’s been 3 weeks and I had sent several follow ups

I resolved the issue myself by sending it back with Royal Mail 48hour tracked shipping. And thankfully I paid with Klarna so I haven’t spent a penny.

Avod this on line retailer. Ordered shampoos. Not received. Have written o them but got a bland response. Now pursuing charge back from my credit card company

I felt compelled to write after seeing all the negative reviews. Ordered late afternoon Monday (1000ml Redken extreme conditioner) email on Wednesday to say it was despatched Royal Mail 48 with tracking. Arrived today (Friday) not the fastest service, but for free delivery and a great price for the conditioner, I was really impressed, will use again!

I placed an order over 1 month ago and have still not received it or any communication about what’s happened to it. Clearly this company is a massive scam. How do I get my money back? Who do I report them too? Outrageous

Having a horrendous time contacting customer services been over a week since I ordered two shampoos for £60 no response no update on the package whatsoever really disappointing so far

If I could give zero stars I would. Placed my order on the 9th February 2026. It is now 1st March 2026. I have not received my order and no correspondence from LTL whatsoever. They are bombarding me with emails regarding offers but no update on my order. My order was due to be delivered by the 11th February. No contact from them whatsoever. These products were only a few pounds less than competitors. I'm annoyed with myself that I didn't read Trust Pilot reviews beforehand. Scammers taking your money. They need to be reported and stopped from doing this to others. Don't buy from LTL!!!!

Received a text message saying they have credited my account with £10.10 for use against purchases over £39..... only trouble is, I don't have an account with them and have never heard of them - until now! So not sure what they are up to! I haven't clicked on the links!

SCAM! Like most experiences this is a total scam. Ignore emails and had to go to back for a refund. This site needs shutting down.

This compay is a scam do not use them. Now im having to contact my bank to get the money back from the order I places

Ordered 2 weeks ago and heard nothing , nothing has been sent or received. Awful scam site

AVOID! SCAM!
Placed order 6th Feb. It’s now 13th Feb and I haven’t received my order and they don’t reply to any emails. There is no contact phone number to call either. Also they have locked me in to a subscription without an option to cancel it. So I am £60 down with nothing to show for it and they are going to debit the same again for a subscription I can’t get out of and with no product to show for it!

Placed an order on 2nd February and I’ve had no update in regards to delivery. I have emailed a few times and have had no response. Ive now asked for a refund so I can purchase my item from another store and have been completely ignored. I’m left out of pocket and no delivery

SCAM,, i got my money bank through my bank which is very lucky, if you dispute your transaction, you will get your money back, its obviously got a alot of people!! They do not email back and they do not send your item! Please avoid guys!

I ordered a shampoo and when it arrived you could clearly see the lid was not secured correctly. Subsequently the shampoo leaked and half the content was missing. I contacted the company via their website and no reply. I emailed them and still no reply. I then raised a dispute with my bank as I paid for it by credit card and only then did I hear back from them. I got my refund but the admin back and forth was a headache. Customer service is so bad I do not recommend using this company.

Don't not use this site it is a faudulaunt site. I ordered some redken for my daughter before xmas and ordered on subscription. I never received the item, they charged me and there is no way of cancelling the sub only to pause it. You cannot contact them only email. I realsied after if there is no tel number on a site its probably a scam. The online chat is forever down. My bank confirmed this and blocked all payments from this site. I have had numerous ads emails and now one saying my subscription is due in 3 days. Again tried to cancel and it says u cant cancel intil you forfill the order. Good luck "The LTL shop" 😠 😡

Has anyone had any issue with an order? I have ordered over a week ago and still not dispatched and nobody os getting back to my emails/socials etc. Are they unreliable ?

SUPPOSEDLY 10 YEARS OF EXPERIENCE

I made a review about this company to not use them as I’d not received my order which I’d made on the 3rd December, I had to involve my bank to investigate as to whether I’d been scammed as every email I’d sent had been ignored, today, 27/12/25 I received my order, except what I received can only be described as utterly disgusting, I ordered Kerastase Elixir Hair Oil, amongst other items I’d ordered, the condition of the box has clearly been used, it’s been opened at both ends and is dirty, its in a very used state. If there was any way of showing photos of this I would, how a supposedly reputable company who’s mantra states (and in their own words) :-

I’m appalled that a company with this mantra think this is a professional way to treats its customers is acceptable, I have asked them for a full refund as to pay good money for items I do not expect to receive something in this despicable condition, but I suspect this too will be ignored, this has definitely been a lesson learnt, I would never use this company again if this is what they’re sending out, it’s not fit for purpose.
