Never received the goods. I brought redken all soft bundle on 28th April. Lots of messages back and forth about warehouse issues etc (still available to buy on website). Requested my money back multiple times- in the end had to raise a charge back through my bank. Avoid this company

AVOID!!!! The worst company I have ever dealt with. I order shampoo and conditioner and didn't receive them. I contacted them only to be advised that they had stock issues and would send the items out when they had stock. I cancelled the order as a result ... or thought I did! Despite agreeing to cancel my order and process my refund they went ahead and sent the items two weeks later and didn't refund me. After many emails back and forth they sent me a returns label to return the items. I have returned them and have proof of delivery back to them via DPD using the tracking details for the delivery THEY ARRANGED. They are now claiming they haven't received the items and keep referring to the tracking details for the delivery of the items to me and not the tracking details of the return. I have now had to contact my bank to raise a chargeback claim as it's been over a month since I cancelled my order and I still haven't received a refund.

I've only given one star as zero stars was not an option. Worst customer service I've ever came across.

Great prices & speedy service

Avoid, customer service is shocking.
Took 3 weeks to dispatch my order and weren’t replying to emails.
They finally replied to say they would cancel my order and issue refund (i ordered from elsewhere).
Order then arrived weeks later even though they said they had cancelled.
Now won’t answer emails about refund or return.
I have gone weeks of unanswered emails, website looks legit but not worth it for saving an extra few pounds!

This is the second time I have ordered from LTL Shop, the products are the best and price is cheaper than any where else, fast and free delivery

This company is a scam. Do not order!! They took my money, no updates received. Waited several weeks and then asked for a cancellation. Almost two weeks later, no refund has been issued. I’ve reported them to my bank and will be reporting them further

Scam. I paid for the subscription and never received the product. I contacted the seller a few times and they promised to cancel my subscription and refund my money but not heard from anyone for 2 weeks now. No reply to my emails. Do not buy anything from this shop!!!
