Never shopping there again, loyal customer's feedback
I have been loyally buying almost monthly for over 5 years – Although I have a mixed bag of experiences, it is unacceptable that they constantly fail in many orders (wrong items delivered, things not being shipped, card being charged twice), but foremost it is exhausting having to relentlessly chase them to get your funds back or orders flowing. That has always been the case for this company, a gamble on whether your order will be hassle-free or not.

But since covid things seem to have reached a non-return point, they seem unable to deal with the volume of orders as they constantly have a backlog, which ultimately is a logistic issue. Because although they are very aware of the situation, that does not stop them from overselling and not being transparent about the delays (that take sometimes over a month instead of the three-day expected shipping). This situation has become more recurrent over time and ultimately made me decide to never shop again with them. Used to be fine, but at the moment shopping, there seems more of a hassle when other websites offer identical products at a similar price point and especially avoids you all the troubles. I rather shop at Lullabellz these days xx

Do not buy hair from here... go to lullabelz! This company have sent me the wrong colour completely and when you dispute it they have you running round the houses asking for all sorts of information to basically wriggle out of rectifying the problem.... avoid and go elsewhere! Customer service is absolutely disgusting! Stuck with hair I can’t use and now being ignored completely

I Ordered one 4 clip 24in piece straight/ Flicky carnation pink extension and I must say was very worried about the state it would come in after all the reviews. I thought I would only order one to see how it was as price was good. I was completely surprised at how nice and thick it was and it looks great. I have thick hair so I need two to make it look balanced. I put one on back of head and one around the top of head and my hair looks luscious. I've now ordered 3 more packs so I've a back up for New Year's Eve. All in all great for price and I live in Ireland it shipped to me within 7 days. If I have a problem with next shipment will update. But I think great service and great product. Only advice If you have thick hair buy 2.

So update on my last order of 3 more pieces. They arrived to Ireland in perfect condition and as ordered. My review is this is a good company.

Hair arrived thick and what seemed like good quality, but after a light brush over half the hair has fallen out! I have messaged their Facebook page and contact faq but no reply! Disappointed.

DIABOLICAL CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! Sent something back coz it was terrible quality was told I was getting a refund and it’ll be once my bank in 5-7 days. Over 2 weeks later still no refund and they ignore every email sent I know they’re picking up their emails as they are replying to other ones from another address but not my complaint ones. Absolute joke. Take your money and ignore you. Scum bags. Don’t use

Perfect extensions last really well and don't tangle. Perfect colour match x

Really like their clip in extentions, they do the job for what you pay and can last a little while if looked after. I've bought from them a few times now and never had a problem with my order. I've given 4 stars instead of 5 as the extensions can sometimes tangle quite easily.

First order, sent to wrong address, ignored on customer service, so had to place in chargeback with the bank. Second order placed, in place of the first again with express Delivery...... turned up 3 days later, again emails, messages, Facebook ALL ignored, so had to charge back again for the express delivery......this was 9 months ago...Stupidly I reordered from this company three days ago because I was desperate! Again express and surprise surprise no item although it was dispatched yesterday with next day delivery. Tracking doesn’t work and no response from customer service..... kind of starting to think is personal! I Just want hair!

Do not use them, hair very poor quality, over half of it fell out, have emailed them, sent pictures but no response or refund, awful company don't know how there still allowed to trade. As i said Do NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

4 dresses ordered and never received. 8 emails sent and no response. Luckily paid through PayPal who also failed to get a response so refund provided to me by them. Really disappointing service. Would not recommend!

One of the Most unprofessional company's I have had to deal with, sent back 2 packs of extentions for a refund to then be told they can't as they had been opened (I said they must have the wrong order as my order was completely untouched and unopened) but its my word against them so I had little hope from that point on .... then they proceeded to ignore all my emails with no intention of refunding my money.... And kept the extensions to! , very unprofessional there are 100 times better company's out there for what they sell and my advice is use them and avoid these guys like the plague.

TERRIBLE!! HAIR NEVER CAME NEXT DAY DELIVERY WHICH WAS PAID FOR - ADVISED WOULD GET REFUND AND BRUSH FOR HASSLE AND NO REPLY FROM 6 COMPLAINT EMAILS.
