I bought two mystery bundles during their big sale, excited bc I have been debating buying from them for a while. I ordered the 12 pack of cotton, and the 12 pack of period friendly underwear. Easy peasy. Well, I received only 11 cotton underwear and the least period friendly underwear - lace, this weird white mesh, and thongs. Who wants to wear any of that on their heaviest days? What? The description for the period friendly even specifically states, non-thong. I digress. So I contact customer support, and Emily, was honestly the least helpful person in the world. I was asked to send photos, and sure enough she goes (paraphrased) "Yeah, that looks like you got the right assortment." WHAT. never in my 28 years. She then states that a pair of the cotton were considered period friendly. IN THAT CASE - I should have received the 14 pairs of cotton, because mind you they shorted me a pair anyways. So anyways, awful first experience with them and I wish I looked up reviews before pulling the plug because that is literally so annoying. ATP it's not about the underwear, it is the principle of it all. Give your customers what they ordered and don't try to gaslight them <3

Misleading advertisements, they will not honor their return policy, terrible quality. AVOID

I placed a 36-pair order during Knotty’s $2 sale on Nov 18. On Nov 23, I got a cheerful email saying my order had shipped with a tracking number.
Except… it didn’t.
Because on Nov 26, I received another email telling me part of my order is actually sold out. So someone explain how my order was “shipped” 3 days ago when the items literally did not exist. The tracking number has zero movement because nothing was ever sent.
And then the cherry on top:
“We want to compensate you according to your preference.”
Their definition of “compensation”?
Pick a different color or item of the same price.
That’s not compensation — that’s just them scrambling to fix a mistake after pretending everything was shipped.
No refund.
No partial credit.
No actual make-right.
Just “Oops, our bad, pick something else.”
To make things worse, this completely contradicts their own policy:
“At Knotty, we strive to process your orders swiftly, usually within 1–3 business days. Once processed, you can expect delivery within approximately 4 to 8 business days.”
Nothing about this experience matched that.
Not the processing.
Not the shipping.
Not the honesty.
Definitely not the “compensation.”
The whole thing feels sloppy, misleading, and like they hoped customers wouldn’t notice. If you’re going to send fake shipping confirmations, at least don’t follow them up with “sorry, we never actually had your items in the first place.”
This was a disaster. Do better.

I've ordered twice for quite a few pairs and they are really nice. I asked for a preference and they said they'd do what they could to make that happen and then one order didn't arrive and they sent a replacement. Amazing customer service!

Despite the low reviews on here, I found my experience with Knotty to be good. I ordered some sale products , the sizing and quality was good , some even better than I was expecting once I saw the trustpilot reviews. The only issue was delivery time was quite long, but their communication about it was very responsive.

I was a bit dubious about ordering after seeing bad reviews, but I ordered anyway. 20 pairs of knickers (£6 postage) anyway 2 weeks later they arrived, I’m actually quite impressed, they are not what I would call expensive underwear quality, but are great for the price, well made and wash well, I would say I will order again but I think 20 new pairs of knickers may last me a long time,

Was worried with all the bad reviews. But items arrived within 10 daya. Seem fine to me. Standard shein/ prinark quality. Bought 10 pairs of underwear.

Awful poor quality product, does not fit correctly, and the company refuses to honour their money back guarantee!

I would give this scam company no stars if it were possible! I ordered 25 pairs of pants from here, waiting 3 weeks for them to arrive to find they were all size S when I ordered Large! Spoke to some moron from customer services to either get an exchange or refund. They refused to either, point blank! Nasty, cheap material shipped from China. Overpriced tat. Absolutely furious now I'm out of pocket and stuck with 25 pairs of pants that I can't wear! Avoid this scam company at all costs, just look at the rest of the reviews, I wish I did! 🤦🏻‍♀️

As soon as I ordered I realised it was a dodgy company. Knickers took weeks to arrive, 2 were wrong size and the one that was right was more like a small than a large, not even worth the hassle to get the right size given they dont fit

Awful! I bought about 30 pairs, material is cheap and tacky, sizing is all off! Will all be going in the bin! Waste of money!

Like all the other reviews, a total scam. I never received my package or even a tracking number. The order says fulfilled but it certainly was not. They don't have a phone number and their online contact form conveniently doesn't work. They're unresponsive to emails. How has this website not been shut down?

I placed an order December 22nd, 2024. My packaged “shipped”- which meant a label was created and the box was never sent out. I gave them some grace and waited a month until I reached out to them. I reached out to them every other week since then and they have ignored every single message. It is now almost SEPTEMBER of 2025. This is a scam company. Avoid at all costs

My packages were lost in transit and customer service refused to refund me or replace the packages. They offered three packages out of the 9 that were lost.

Don't sign up for this subscription.

Placed an order over a month ago to be ignored for days when I emailed customer support. After emailing them daily they messaged back saying my order was lost. They've said they've re sent it but had no tracking and when I email they just say sorry for the inconvenience customer support are an absolute joke I think ill be getting my money back as all I keep getting told is to wait 2 to 3 business days. Its unacceptable. If your thinking about buying id say to go elsewhere.

Update: I asked for a refund as I still haven't received anything and they ghosted me. 100% a scam website!

I am still waiting for my order nearly a month after placing it. Customer service are very unhelpful. Working on getting either my order or my money back but customer service are just fobbing me off.

I'm the UK and I really should have read reviews before I ordered. But I didn't. Ordered some sale knickers and a star sign boxers and bralet. All are great.. well packaged. The bra/boxer set is so comfortable and soft.. And the fits of knickers are great for me..

The panties themselves are nice (I ordered only modal ones, not the cheaper polyester stuff they sell). However, the sizes run VERY small and the 14 day money back guarantee is a scam. Let me explain. I am usually a UK 8-10 and went for the size S (10-12) but they are too tight around my thighs in two of the pairs and too tight around the hips in one pair, despite having measured myself and found myself to be in the perfect range for size S. I emailed Knotty support team but did not receive the help I expected. As I used the buy 1 get 2 free offer, I got 3 pairs of panties for £20 (plus the £6 shipping fee), and they were all too small. Knotty gave me £20 credit but would not let me use it in combination with the Buy 1 get 2 free promotion. Therefore, I am neither getting my money back, nor am I getting what I originally bought with it. I have now spent £32 in total to receive ONE pair of panties that HOPEFULLY fits (I ordered the size M, note that I haven't received them yet). I emailed Knotty twice since, trying to get them to solve this issue for me, but they have ghosted me. Rude.

The underwear comes up small. I actually ordered 5 pairs in the same size, 4 don't fit, 1 does. They delete messages on social media so they don't rectify their problems. The braletts are great..true to size. But very much Primark type knickers. Cut small.
