Awful customer service. Inconsistent sizing. Horrendous quality. Looks and feels like cheap plastic. I think 45 mins wearing these pants would give anybody a yeast infection! No cotton gusset. Just cr*p. Reached out to their customer service over a delivery delay and just got attitude from them. Avoid at all costs

Quality is hit and miss. I’ve ordered several times. Some items are great, others terrible. HOWEVER, the customer service leaves a lot to be desired. While initially, I received a reply to my questions about an undelivered package, I am now up to 18 messages over the last two months, with the last dozen being unanswered by them. I am out the money, as I waited too long for Knotty’s support team to respond instead of cancelling through PayPal or my credit card when it was clear the delivery wasn’t made, and now, it’s too late to dispute. I will not be buying from them again.

So, the begin with i was happy with my order. They sent me an incorrect pair and rectified it without much hassle. After 4 months there are issues with the product i.e faulty seams. I brought this up with support and was told any issues should have been reported within 5 days. Was told that basically their garments aren't meant to last. Wouldn't use this company again. Customer service leaves much to be desired. Money could be better spent elsewhere.

They are posting fake job offers, asking candidates to create a full marketing plan, and never getting back to them but using the stolen ideas

The company sent me the wrong order, by which point the items I wanted were sold out. They are refusing to offer anything other than a credit note; not even a discount code or annuthing- and have now gone radio silence, DO NOT USE.

I ordered a load of the £1 pants- yes they're cheap and yes they are abit off on the sizing but they are a quid each ! Alot like you'd get in primark but with out having to travel there.
Don't expect amazing but not all bad.

I ordered with them and the prints I received are not what I ordered and the sizing is way off. They have a 14 day refund policy. I reached out to them the NEXT day i received my order and they wouldn't give me my money back and they also ignore your emails and don't respond to you once you ask for a refund!!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. THEY ARE A SCAM!!!!

Last winter i bought several pairs of boxers, all too small as their sizing was wrong. They wouldn't accept a refund because their packaging is not fully sealed. They offered me a gift voucher in compensation. But it cannot be used on items on offer, which is their entire range! I have checked back here and there in hopes that the scales would end but nope... everything is still on sale. So I'm out £40 and have underwear which doesn't fit. Absolutely disgraceful customer service! Least They can do is allow a full refund on unopened items and ensure their packaging is sealed. I could have had money back on all but one pair which I tried on, it seems like such a simple solution, I don't understand why they don't do that. So much must go to landfil thanks to this terrible company.

I have purchased from this company before and all was good, I recently purchased matching sets of lounge wear/pyjamas for me and my daughter for holiday, they arrived but one of the items was the wrong size, everything was great they agreed to send me out the correct size, by the time this had all happened the correct size was out of stock so they were sending a refund but I advise this did not suit and I wanted a refund for either all the other or at least the matching item but they have never got back to me after this so I'm left with an item that is of no use as doesn't match anything and I can't get an answer from them, they didn't advise they would raise it to the complaints department that was 4 weeks ago or more and I have had no reply after contacting them multiple time to try and resolve this, If I had known I wouldn't get a matching set I would not of ordered, this company is okay as long as you have no issues then they just ignore you

The order took quite a while but eventually got here - the fabric quality is all over the place, some are good, others you can tell are going to fall apart. The worst part is the sizing, it’s all over the place, 2 pairs straight up don’t fit, 2 fit great and 2 are just lopsided in terms of their construction.

Quality is cheap.
Sizing is not true to size ( on the bigger side)
They don't refund or exchange.
Invest elsewhere

I ordered a 3 pack and within a month the ones that were threaded black started to unravel and have huge holes around the legs and waist. I wrote the company, they offered me 30% off next order and said they would talk to quality department. I didn't take the 30% but i ordered 3 more pairs later in lighter colours. One had black thread and that one is now unraveling. These are garbage. The fabric is awesome for sweaty workouts but the quality is pure junk.

I placed an order over a week ago and have still not even received an email confirming my order. When I check the website it says order unfulfilled. I emailed and they refused to cancel and refund my order.

My order did arrive. The boxers are comfy enough but...

They don't have a UK warehouse, one out of four boxers got a hole in it after the first wash.. so the fabric is not the best quality.
But boxers themselves are comfortable enough

Weeks after placing my order, I was finally contacted to say 1 of my items were out of stock. I asked for them to just cancel my order since it had been weeks but they refused. I finally had to pick a replacement item. Weeks later I finally received my order and they didn’t fit. I reached out because their website says “14 day fit guarantee or your money back”. They refused to refund me or accept a return. Only offered a store credit. After this experience, I would not order from them again when I pointed out their policy, they refused to respond. After many attempts to reach out to them, they simply ghosted me and will not respond.

I am not sure I will ever buy anything from this company again. First, they do not have an inventory system, so if something you like is out of stock, you're out of luck. They offered a few options and I opted for the "surprise me with an item of equal value" option and the items I received as substitutes were $4 less than what I paid for.
Then, their customer service is terrible. You will never get the same person, even with the same chain of emails as you begin with.
Further, they claim they are Knotty USA, but the items ship from Canada and take quite a while to get to you.

Appalling service and company. Refused to cancel my order even though according to tracking it took a week to be dispatched. 2 weeks later it arrives and I refuse it at the door, sending it back to them, in the hopes of getting a refund, which they apparently don't give even though the package is clearly unopened and now they're not even replying to messages.

It's been a little over two weeks and I'm still waiting for my order.

The buy one get two free is a scam.
Cheap nasty products that you pay over the odds for. Customer services don't get back to you. Impossible to get a refund. AVOID

I recently purchased from them because I saw an ad on Facebook for what looked like really nice underwear. They were having a buy one get 2 sale, seemed way too good to be true. I never once thought to check any reviews other than video reviews. I got thinking after I had purchased from them that it was a tad strange I was finding not very many video reviews on their products besides for the subscription service they have. I had purchased the Boxers for women. I looked them up and found this page here where 79% of the reviews are bad. No where in the confirmation, on the website is an option for you to cancel. They have a cancellation policy and contact customer service underneath your confirmation but no option to cancel. I read the reviews here where people had said the company is indecent in customer service, where they will not refund but instead give you store credits to buy more shitty quality underwear. I got nervous when I couldn’t just cancel and immediately contacted the company to resolve the situation, it was silent on their end for a few days but they had messaged me back this morning telling me it is too late to cancel as it is being processed for shipping. I purchase things online all the time, I have never come across an issue with cancellation while still in the processing stage. It’s still in their hands. I feel it should be easy to cancel. I already called to dispute the charge with my bank. I mentioned they seem fraudulent based on the reviews of their company and their products. With no option to cancel. I noticed as soon as I disputed it with my bank the company gets back to me on my cancellation request to deny it. But I don’t want shitty quality underwear that won’t fit me.
