I absolutely love these vases & it is fun to send the link to a friend and let them pick their colour-there are so many! About to purchase another one & a water jug. Customer service is personal and excellent.

I have bought quite a few of these stunningly beautiful crystal vases and jugs. They come in an amazing range of colours, glass textures and shapes, and are sturdy and handmade with exquisite workmanship. Perfect for gifts, they are delivered efficiently and free! Just look on the klimchi website and you will be hooked! Customer service is fantastic also.

I cannot believe how brilliant the customer service was! I had a small mark on my jug, that unfortunately was in an awkward position, So I went online to the chat function and the team organised a replacement jug straight away! Not to mention that the jug, was beautiful quality!

Good customer service however beware as these items comes from the Czech Republic so if you need to return for any reason, you either need to pay £20 return fee or deal with the shipping costs (and associated hassle that comes with shipping to EU) yourself, at your cost. They should really have a free returns policy. I was quite underwhelmed with the quality of the glasses so wanted to return them but unfortunately I rather not loose out on £20 or have to deal with hassle of shipping to EU Posy Brexit myself, as I have several bad experiences of couriers not delivering etc

Truly beautiful items! I received my Hobnail jug and tumblers and they look stunning! Very well packaged, they arrived quickly and safely! … shame they are a present for someone else!

Fantastic customer service, prompt, pleasant and very obliging. Absolutely thrilled with this product, the amber hobnail jug - such a beautiful, rich colour. When stood in front of a window with the light shining through, the amber comes up as various shades, even harbouring on red. Very happy (going to order some more!)

I had the most amazing experience! Lukas was beyond helpful. I asked for my order to be sent next day delivery. When it arrived I was out so I missed them, but Lukas arranged for them to come back an hour later! The glasses I ordered were beautiful. Would definitely order from here again!

My Crystal Hobnail Jug was the highlight of my Christmas. I loved it so much that not only could not stop taking numerous photos of it but I ordered another two to gift to friends and family.
The delivery service was excellent and all arrived on time. I was particularly appreciative as the order was placed leading up to the mayhem of Christmas and many orders were not guaranteed. My order was carefully packaged. The team added a personal experience by writing a handwritten thank you note. Excellent products and service.

My jug was a birthday gift. I let my daughter choose the style and colour. It is stunning. It exceeded every expectation, from the colour, to the beautiful detailing on the handle to the work on the jug. Several friends have already asked for details and these are pieces that will past down the generations. I am sure it will not be the only piece I own
