We source a lot of our wood from timber recycling project's, their aim is to rescue, re-use and recycle tonnes of wood otherwise destined for landfill. We love old and historic timbers and try and find out as much as we can about their original use, the location and dates of the original build. Old furniture can be given a new lease of life, or a completely different purpose, with just a little love and care. Ethos We believe that timber is beautiful no matter its age or previous use. Whilst we are delighted with our light…
Whilst we are delighted with our light fitting, we were told when we placed our order, that it would be 6 to 8 weeks for delivery; it actually took 19 weeks for delivery.
We paid in full when we ordered the light and given the length of time we waited for the delivery, I feel it would have been much more appropriate for them to take a deposit on order and pay the balance when the light was ready for dispatch; they had all of our money for almost 4 months before we received the goods.
That being said, we are delighted with our bespoke light fitting.

We are so very sorry about the delay, this was due to circumstances that were beyond our control, however that is no excuse and we do hope that this won't deter you from coming back to us in the future should you wish to expend your MooBoo collection. We are working hard to catch up on our orders that have fallen behind and also give more realistic timescales to our clients for future orders and have since increased our expected lead time to 3 - 4 months. My partner and I have visited MooBoo a…
My partner and I have visited MooBoo a couple of years in a row on our trips to Devon, we saw tip the plank and after now moving and having a garden I bought this as a birthday present for my partner! Nicola couldn’t have been more helpful and even got my order delivered in time for my partner’s birthday! I already recommend MooBoo to everyone! Next purchase will be a chandelier over pier new kitchen island! I can’t recommend them enough on service and quality.

Fabulous Chandeliers & lights perfect for our Barn Conversions to compliment beams & character of the properties.
Helpful, knowledgeable with great communication along the way to make sure we got exactly what we were looking for.
This is fourth Barn that’s received lighting from MooBoo Home and we’ve been delighted with everything we’ve purchased as they’ve lifted & finished the look perfectly.

A beautiful handmade wooden light fitting
The end result is amazing, I love my wooden chandelier and it is the perfect finishing touch in my home.
Communication with Nic was really easy and I felt so involved in the decisions around the design of my light fitting.
There is a customer portal where you can keep up to date with progress, and they are up front with how long it will likely take to create the order which helpfully manages expectations. If there is a long wait time then I would still encourage anyone to order as it is definitely worth the wait. Thank you so much for my wooden chandelier ☺️

Best light!!
The best light I’ve found! Really friendly customer service and absolutely amazing product. The knowledge behind the wood too was also very interesting to learn about. The quality and appearance of the light is more than we could have imagined. Would definitely recommend.

Barrel top clock
We recently received our barrel clock from Nic and Andy at MooBoo. Nic sent WhatApp videos to help us choose a barrel lid we liked .Further videos followed to show how it was being created as a bespoke item to enhance our home. I would recommend MooBoo Home , please look at their website you won’t be disappointed.

Flush Mounted Norwegian Spruce
We’re fortunate to live near Cockington and like to call into MooBoo to look at their wonderful array of lights etc. Andy, Nic and Ruth are always very welcoming as is the warmth of their shop on a cold autumnal day..
We fell in love with their Norwegian Spruce light display fitted with their Smokey super efficient LED bulbs that look superb on or off. We spoke to Ruth and Nic about our bespoke requirement as we wanted to fix the Norwegian Spruce directly to our ceiling and when Nic said it could be done, we placed our order.
Being local to their shop we were able to choose and feel our piece of wood, etc, and the process was underway…
7 weeks later we collected our light, it was fitted by our electrician and WOW..! what a transformation…! It is absolutely gorgeous, very unique and compliments our space perfectly. Thanks to team MooBoo and bro for fitting it….

Excellent customer service
We recently bought a beautiful lampshade from Mooboo Home and have already written a review about our (good!) experience. When we went to collect the shade we saw a lovely table and 4 bar stools which were perfect for our kitchen, so we bought those too. When we returned the table top had been thoroughly cleaned and re-oiled, a really nice touch. We cannot rate Mooboo highly enough, friendly, excellent customer care and great products, what more could you want?
