Excellent service

I’ve had multiple purchases from this crystal company, and I have nothing but positive experiences. *Nikola* has always been extremely responsive, answering emails the same day or, at the latest, the next day. The team is competent, helpful, and always willing to accommodate any changes with a friendly and understanding attitude. Refund the money also was once as quick as possible without any problem. I highly recommend this company to purchase its beautiful christal objects with excellent service and reliable support.

Poor and inconsistent quality, no accountability from customer services

I had been eyeing the hobnail jug and tumblers for some time, but at the premium price point, I waited for the 20% off sale to purchase them. The glasses were underwhelming, but the jug beautiful, so I kept the set.

On inspection, the jug has a line of air bubbles in the lip I was worried might be a weakness long term. I reached out to Klimchi, but their response was dismissively final. It's a sign of a handmade product not a fault. Reluctantly I accepted as they gave me no other options for replacing the item.

Seven months later after light use I picked up the jug and heard a crack. On inspection a hairline crack had appeared on the handle, making it unusable. Again I reached out to Klimchi, again a dismissive response that it wasn't a fault or it would have been evident on purchase. When pushed, they offered a 20% discount if I wanted to replace it. I was unhappy but wanted to keep the set so agreed. They threw in a 'bud vase' as a token gesture only after I made it clear how unsatisfactory I found the response to be.

When the new jug arrived it was 20/25% smaller than my original. The original held 2 liters to the bottom of the neck of the jug, the new one held 1.6 liters overflowing to the brim. The complimentary vase was basically a shot glass.

Again I reached out, again, a completely dismissive response to say the jug is handmade, and advertised as up to 2 liters so 'minor variations' are to be expected. I'm baffled as to how a 20/25% reduction can be labelled minor.

In conclusion, I have wasted £265 on one jug I honestly believe to be faulty, one which is significantly smaller than advertised, and 6 tumbler glasses which really aren't worth the money. Customer service's stance has been to deny responsibility, or hide behind the hand made nature of the product to justify poor/ inconsistent quality.

Overall a wholly frustrating experience with a brand positioning themselves as premium and providing a quality service, and demonstrably unable to deliver on either promise.

When you first reached out, we carefully assessed the jug and shared that the small air bubbles you noticed are a normal and expected feature of handmade production, not a structural flaw. We also offered a discount on a replacement jug after your second message, despite the time that had passed and the jug showing signs of use. While we understand this may not have been the resolution you hoped for, we genuinely aimed to provide a fair compromise.

We’re sorry that the size difference between your original jug and the replacement did not meet your expectations. As noted, the jug is advertised as up to 2 litres, and slight variations in capacity, shape, or thickness can occur, especially when comparing pieces made months apart. That said, we always welcome feedback, and we will review how we present these details online to make expectations clearer.

We understand your frustration and regret that your experience didn’t match what you had hoped for. While we stand behind the quality and handmade nature of our products, we also remain committed to learning and improving where possible.

Fantastic customer service!

Ordered wrong colour of various items

I mistakenly ordered various items in the wrong shade of green. Nikola could not have been more helpful arranging the return and replacement items which I have now received. Outstanding customer service could not have hoped for any better will definitely order again and recommend to others based on my experience x

I am still waiting on my delivery as Klimchi use Fed Ex & Im now on day 3 of taking time off work for Fed Ex to deliver & still no delivery. I am now taking another day off work to go & collect it so thats why im giving 1 star

Poor delivery service

Poor delivery service. I ordered a jug on Monday first thing as a present, which I needed by the weekend. The free delivery service quoted me 3-5 working days so I assumed I would be fine. When FedEx sent me a note telling me it would arrive the following Tuesday I contacted the help team who said they would try to push it forward. It didn’t help and the package arrived late, which is really frustrating and upsetting. If they can just pass off the blame to the courier company, then no responsibility is taken.

Item was not received 14 days after promised delivery. The delivery service is part of the overall experience and not committing or following up on delivery is not great. I wasn't given any other option but wait indefinitely... without a date in sight
