My experience with Kirkstall for selling and buying was excellent. I have a flat that’s lease hold, heritage/conservation and listed and I cannot praise enough the excellent communication, efficiency and effort from Liam, Ross and the team. They were always on hand to answer queries, the speed of receiving documents, efficiency with dealing with issues that arose was superb. Such a positive experience and I really recommend.

Regret letting the estate agent pressure me into using them, constant chasing them up to do their job. Absolutely useless. Our case is still open with them and I can't see it completing anytime soon. It a cash purchase and iv completed on other properties with a mortgage faster!
