Adam and Marie at SB Lawyers Pontypridd managed the sale of our property and onward house purchase. The conveyancing process turned out to be far more complex than we expected as we needed a lease extension done on flat and also faced delays from our seller, who was unable to complete on time. Throughout all of this, Adam was exceptional. He handled every additional issue with professionalism and also kept us fully informed. He was always contactable. My husband died and our wills were with SB lawyers. Seventeen phone calls and three emails over a three week period. Constantly put through to people who don't answer the phone or ring you back. Poor communication for a legal firm. I had emailed a Coroners certificate ( Coroners certificates are only email attachments) with my marriage certificate and drivers licence. I called after not hearing anything for over a week to be told they would contact me that afternoon if i needed to do anything else. No call and no will arrived in tbe post. Eventually attended the office in person (5 hour round trip) and they still didn't know what documents they needed from me to release the will. Asked for id for my dead husband but weren't that interested in my marriage certificate. I insisted they take a copy. Unfortunately I had to help my friend when her husband died so I actually knew what was required.
Very disaapointed in their poor service and non existant communication.

Ellie and Hannah were amazing from start to finish! Really supportive and super friendly for conveyancing.

My grandson was looking for a legal aid family law solicitor and this one came up in a fb group. Reviews weren't that good but
he had no choice. He is a father of a young child. They agreed to take on his case legal aid. Their communication is very poor. They didn't submit ANY evidence or QUESTION anything in family court. . He didn't lose his child BUT questions need to be answered WHY they didn't submit evidence or question things and WHY they
agreed to the order before questoning some of the content.
HE has made an official complaint to the Company and NO REPLY for over TWO MONTHS.

Well what can I say this past year has been a highly stressful and worrying time but linda and her team made the whole process 100 times easier and took a tremendous weight off of my shoulders I feel the case was all of sudden dropped on them and I wouldn't say it was a small case either as I feel it was complicated but linda and the team made it all so much easier I feel I haven't had to deal with alot during court proceedings entirely down to everyone on the team.
