Do not use
I was involved in a car accident which wasn’t my fault and my vehicle was deemed a total loss.
Kindertons decided to give the third party an engineers report which I didn’t agree with as the valuation of my car was too low. The engineer’s valuation was then changed but the third party already paid the lower amount and now Kindertons are saying they’re chasing the third party for the shortfall.
Third party shouldn’t have been given the first engineers report without their client agreeing with it. I am now calling Kindertons and I haven’t been getting an answer from them, anyone that answers puts me on hold saying they’re looking into.
They also were not able to provide me with a like for like vehicle for week. I was given vehicles which were due for services, had breaks squeaking and wipers not working.
Please avoid using Kindertons for your peace of mind.

I had Shaun drop off and vehicql to me who was very friendly and polite. He went over all the car details and took what documentation he needed from me. I was shown how the car works and given all tbe details for if I needed to contact anyone and what number to use. I would highly recommend. Becky, Wigan

Great Service
Molly from the Transport Team dealt with the arrangements for my hire vehicle following an insurance claim quickly and was able arrange a like for like replacement for my damaged Tesla.

Having an accident is never nice
Having an accident is never nice, but Molly supported me through the whole thing, she organised the hire car for me and even when i had another accident in the hire car she shop me through getting a second one, she called me regularly with updates and followed up with emails when i asked. The service i received from her through Kindertons’s was actually amazing. I would thoroughly recommend their services 100%

My Claim
My Claim was handled very effectively by Karen Baumber on behalf of Kindertons. The repair to my vehicle looks to be first class on initial inspection. The communication from Karen has been excellent throughout the process. My only slight complaint was the length of time it has taken to get the car back to me, considering the damage encountered, but I know that was out of Karen's hands

Outstanding customer service.
Thashanthy was very patient and explained everything incredibly well for me.
I struggle with mental health issues and the whole process was quite worrying and stressful given it was a lot to take in and this particular incident happened a while ago yet the other party has not managed to resolve it yet.
She understood my worries and made me feel comfortable and completely at ease and despite asking her a lot of questions it never felt like I was being a bother or inconveniencing her.
I'd hope im never in a situation where I need accident management team again but should I ever need help after an accident I would happily use kindertons again they have been very helpful the entire time and Thashanthy in particular is a credit to the team and a fantastic help.
Customer service was impeccable.
