Yes this company did do well, They kept me fully informed all of the way through of the progrees of my claim. They got me a perfect hire car as I need an estate and that's what they got me. Also Shane who delivered the Hire Car was fabulous. They informed me a what time they would be at my place of work. and they were bang on time. Thanks Shane

This was my 1st time using Kindertons after having a bump in my vehicle. From the get go, they were absolutely brilliant. Couldn't fault them!
I have hired vehicles from a number of places in the past, and there has always been "something " thats not gone well, or had a bad experience with a member of staff, ect. But Kindertons staff from the office ladies, to the drivers were 100% excellent and so very helpful.

Do not use they are a scam they want to pay you under market value for your car while they submit the maximum to the 3rd party insurer. They also submit it to the 3rd party insurer without u accepting their evaluation.

Throughout the process the process wasn’t explained and my elderly father received incorrect or incomplete documents to sign. When he pointed out mistakes the communication to sign without reason got sterner.

I cannot praise kindertons enough for thier help and professionalism in everything they have done from the beginning to the end. Everybody I spoke to was very helpful and polite. I would certainly recommend this company

I had a replacement car from these absolute scammers and ended up with two traffic fines of £80 each. On top of that, they shamelessly added another £36 to each fine for no legitimate reason.
When I asked them to explain why they were charging an extra £36, they arrogantly claimed it was because I had “created extra work” for them — as if passing on a fine justifies inventing extra fees.
Be extremely careful what you sign with these people. In my experience, they will squeeze every extra pound out of you they possibly can. I strongly advise everyone to stay away and avoid renting a car from them at all costs.
