After being in a car accident and getting in contact with my insurance Charlotte Liles rung me to sort out my courtesy car and was really polite and professional on the phone also was really helpful explaining the next steps and answered every question I asked her. Again thank you so much!

The follow‑up process for my claim was amazing. I was supplied with a hire car for the entire duration, ensuring I was never left without transport.

Over the years whenever i have had to claim on my insurance I have never been satisfied with the standard of paint finish on the repair. I own a Lexus GS and it's paintwork is really nice. Unfortunately somebody ran into the back of me, thankfully not major damage. I have had some paintwork carried out by Chris Jenkins in Cardiff and I know his work was outstanding. I didn't contact my insurance company i contacted Chris instead to ask for his advice because I wanted to be sure that the repair would go to him. I was told to contact NASL who would refer the accident aftercare to Kindertons. Everything was straightforward, clear and very efficient from start to finish and of course I had the peace of mind knowing that my car was being repaired by Chris. Really good service can be hard to come by but when you do get it you want to tell people.

A couple of days ago we were looked after wonderfully by Shane Brunt From kindertons. He made the time to drive to us all to drop of the temporary car for us. Specially as my father had a doctor appointment to attend. Shane was incredibly kind and thorough when he dropped of the car. And I would say he is definitely an invaluable asset to the team at kindertons.

After being involved in a RTA, the 3rd party insurance set me up with another hire company which I won’t mention. After 3 days of empty promises I rang back the insurers who booked with Kindertons. Within an hour I had it all set up and a car being delivered to my door the next morning. The guy was lovely made sure to walk me around the car and go over any marks he had found and how the car works. So far fab company and would be more than happy to go with them again.
