After speaking to others in the team and not getting anywhere, Jody called me back within hours with answers and moved my case forward; now the settlement is resolved. Great experience with this company. My car was in a hit and run, I was advised by the body shop I took my car to go with Kindertons and they quickly took me in and gave me a lovely hire car while mine was being repaired. Great team, everyone I spoke to was nice. And a nice man called Peter Ralphs helped progress and deal with my claim.
