Vehicle delivered and picked up without fuss. Company kept me updated along the way. Great service.

Waste of time.
Called me week ago after being reffered from nationwide car hire. 40 minutes on call to them asking me loads of questions. Then few days after sent over documents, pictures etc. Called them up week after got put on hold for 30 minutes just for them to tell me they can't give me a car and will close my case. Time wasters!!!

Was recommended this company by my Insurance company the AA. Contacted this company and answered all the questions posed by the claims consultant including all the information I provided the day earlier to the AA. Even needed my drivers licence number and National insurance number. On the phone over 15 minutes confirming what the AA should have passed on. Now Sent me a link and all the information provided on the phone needs to confirmed by Email, what a waste of time and effort, How the AA recommended this company? Claim 1749332

The team at Kindertons (especially Karen Baumber) kept me updated throughout the process and even though the repair took a long time due to part availability Karen was always available to help with any questions I had.
