I was not too sure if the awning would fit my mamoose awning rail so I contacted Khyam and they were quick to respond and confirm it would. Arrived within time and full Fedex tracking. The awning was more expensive than most and as I wanted good quality, and a guarantee I am very pleased.

Very prompt and professional help to sort out an erroneous order.

The original order was recalled and replaced with the correct order without delay in the original delivery schedule.

Excellent company to deal with. They are helpful and supportive and give great advice. The products are outstanding and, following a telephone order, we received the awning and accessories in 22hours!

The order and delivery process was excellent. Tent quality is very good. We read the instructions and watched the video several times. The video was not in real time and would have been vastly improved if the more difficult parts were in slow motion and fully explained eg locking the poles in place and folding the legs back to the middle when putting away. We struggled initially but once you find the technique it's fairly easy in both cases. Also a fly screen on the side door would be useful and why not use a locking pole for the front porch instead of the fibreglass, steel pole combination.

We purchased an AirTek Kamper Pro 1 - our first air beam tent after 30 years of camping.

Although easy to put up, we had continued issues with one of the beams deflating, no matter what we did. The other was fine, so it was obviously just faulty. The zips on the side near the van also broke on the first use - these don't need to be fully weatherproof as they are not exposed, but they seemed to be lower quality. All in all, it wasn't a great first trip!

I made a warranty claim and asked if we could upgrade to a normal pole awning - our previous Khyam had never let us down - and we wanted to go back to what we were used to.

The Kamper Hub is so much better for us, and we're very pleased Joe at Khyam allowed us to upgrade. We even bought the bedroom annexe, which is great as an add on for the kids.

So an iffy start to the purchase, but all worked out for the best in the end. Thanks!

Always swift to answer questions and very responsive to minor complaint

We bought a khyam awning 14 years ago from a campervan show and served us really well. Still had plenty of life left in it when I sold it this year. I had no doubt in my my I would stick with khyam for our upgrade. We've had one trip out with our new awning so far and doesn't disappoint. Fantastic quality, very spacious and well thought out. Amazing products and will continue to put my trust in this company.

Ordering and follow up service were great

Easy ordering online and fast delivery, This is the second time I’ve purchased an item from Khyam and I would highly recommend.

Beware of Khyams small print and ridiculous catch 22 t&c’s. They failed to ship two items as one package, then lost track of one item (despite promising on two subsequent days that it was on that day’s van for delivery) and refused to refund until the courier had found and returned it to them. Much safer to buy from a reputable and reliable physical retailer than this online only company with no physical presence who clearly hides behind and blames their third party warehousing, logistics or delivery companies when things go wrong.

We had a few issues with th first tent but the team were very helpful amd have replaced the tent which we have tested amd are pleased with.
Communication was quick and helpful.
