Ordered and paid in Feb didn't arrive until end june. Way too long for delivery.
Been using these tents for years but definite drop in quality.

Great company to deal with, I ordered a Delamere 6 air tent, unfortunately when it was delivered it was just too big for us to manage. I contacted Kyham and got a very quick response, filled in the paper work and organised the return, they were very quick to provide a refund. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from them again in the future as they honored their policy whilst been very helpfully throughout the process. Thank you

I purchased a new Igloo tent in 2002 after seeing a fellow biker put up his and sitting down to a cuppa whilst my tent was hardly outa its bag, its never leaked even in heavy rain, its stable in the wind and so easy to errect and pack away. Perhaps a little heavy and bulky on the bike but I'd not buy anything else. Its 22yrs old and still used most yrs. I do use an additional g/sheet under it as std one is thin. Worth the price, its an investment for years to come,

Delivered on time with good delivery info

Wow to that previous reply!! I’m speechless! That is exactly why you should not purchase from this company. The reply is complete lies. They offered to return the tent after seeing pictures of the hole but we obviously had to wait almost a week for dry weather to be able to get the pictures for them. Awaiting collection today. I am actually so shocked by that reply. I have not been rude at all. The communications were ongoing over a 2 week period and not one night! Wow. Just wow!

Lastest Igloo manages to improve on the classic :)

Fantastic price and Fantastic delivery.

Dispatched and received all within a week of ordering. Now we have gone away for the weekend and we are love the AirTek pro 8. The vista doors really are a game changer. I would advise anyone to go for the bundle. Very easy to put up and layout great for our family of 6. Keep up the good work!!

We bought the sunshade with sides to fit on our VW T4 and used it for the first time at the weekend. I put it up Friday, it was a bit windy Saturday and when we came back to the van it had collapsed. It had moved in the rails and subsequently pulled the poles over. When I put it up again, I pegged the sides straight down and not at a slight angle and this seemed to be better. The sides flap against the poles a lot and the zip that attach the sides to the top can come undone.
I think it’s going to take a few attempts to perfect how to put it up.

Ik ben netjes en snel geholpen .
Mail gestuurd wanneer er iets weer gemaakt werd en daarna netjes mail het is onderweg naar je

Great products and excellent communicationd

Not a good tent when received. The inner tent was fitted the wrong way around. Back to front. Poles not fitted correctly and damage from the poles when packed.

The tent itself is brilliant, and now I’ve had a cpl of practice set ups, i can have it out the bag and fully set up in under 5 mins.
It’s handy coz it’s all one piece, rather than searching for poles and feeding them through etc.
I bought this for biking, weekends away etc, it does exactly what it says on the tin.
Not the smallest of tents once folded, but very spacious inside, I’m 6’ and I have plenty of headroom once laying down which is unusual.

Kept well informed about delivery delays. Simple and easy to order online

Lovely quality

Tent was not up to the standard expected from kyam or the price label. Have had to send it back and still yet to receive my refund.

The customer service is outstanding. An item was missing from our order and they informed us and tried to resolve the issue with no extra cost to us. Great service .
