It took 35 minutes on the phone to set up and arrange to view those accounts that HAD been transferred to your NEW lousy "platform". I would have loved to have closed ALL my "New platform" accounts were it not for the fact that they are ALL fixed length accounts. REST assured, however, that when my accounts (over £43,000) all individually mature that I will NOT be putting them back into Kent Reliance. Accounts on your OLD platform were all OK. HOW CAN YOU MAKE SUCH A MESS OF THINGS.

Competitive interest rates, good easy access savings and ISA accounts, easy to use web site although not sure if the new one is an improvement - only time will tell. Email queries are answered quickly and concisely.

Feeling Harassed
Changes were rather confusing mainly because of endless emails, texts and phone calls. I appreciate that you have to make sure that everyone had informed but I felt rather harassed by the endless communications. Let's hope for a period of calm now.

Easy to move money between accounts
Easy to move money between accounts, instantly. The only downfall, interest rate gets reduced, then new products on offer that matched your previous deal, open one of those accounts, transfer your funds into that one and start investing again. At least its easy, but keep checking for new higher interest accounts.
