Avoid! They use Evri!
Order KS6502. Avoid!!! Kent and Stowe use Evri and the parcel has been lost. Typical! I have no idea what is happening with my item, spoke to customer service from both Evri and Kent and Stowe. Evri tell me the problem has been solved and have closed the case, apparently it was supposed to be an issue with the depot it went to and they had sorted that. Kent and Stowe told me there is an issue with the label and it can't be read so they would try and get it delivered to me but it might get returned to sender due to this. Tracking has finally been updated and it's being returned to sender. It's coming up to 3 weeks now and delivery was never even attempted. Waste of my time. Honestly, avoid using any company that uses Evri, their products aren't worth the potential headache.

The company actually had a human being…
The company actually had a human being answering the phone, no overseas help desk, UK based, no Virtual Assistant, they did what they said they would do and sent me £50 gift voucher which enabled me to buy a new Garden Rake from them, just a Brilliant experience

Stylish Hose & Reel
Impressive quality hose & reel which looks stylish rather than the garish brightly coloured plastic ones seen in most garden centres.

Faulty lawn aerator
I had a faulty lawn aerator. Unfortunately they could not send a new one to my address (N. Ireland) A very helpful member of staff called Ashleigh emailed and advised she could send me a physical voucher in the post that I could use at a local retailer. I had it in a couple of days. Great customer service.

Superb garden tools
I explained that a tool I purchase had broken. I bought it on line but and had no receipt to offer on the guarantee. They therefore could not help me, However, they created a solution that got me a new tool.
I love the quality of the tools it's excellent. As was the follow up service.
