I have always found Kelvin Timber to be a friendly, efficient and straightforward company to deal with. As a private customer it is easy to order online and the confirmation email and phonecall I get following my order are very much appreciated. I also find the delivery drivers to be helpful and personable and they do their best to get what can be heavy materials as close to their point of use as they can. All in all Kelvin Timber at Bearsden/Milngavie are first class

Delivery was quick & price was good but quality of skirting wasn’t great. I’ve had to sand almost all of the round parts of the torus skirting as they were rough to touch, it defeats the purpose of it being primed as most of the white prime has now had to be sanded off to leave a good finish once painted.

My order came right on time and since I am within close proximity it was free

I made an order for 2 door's, A/B was very comnutitive. But after he'd gone on holiday, little was done. I had to email numerous times. Eventually, I phoned and spoke to Stephen , who dealt with my issue very efficiently. He sorted it and I got my door's delivered the next morning. However, there didn't seem to be anything Stephen had to work with about my order, apart from my word. I work in retail, and it's always appreciated if someone goes the extra mile.
