Was looking for a mug to personalise with a photo and message as a birthday gift. I have not used this company before but I will definitely use again. Purchased a glass decanter that was superbly engraved according to my wishes. My order needed some custom engraving (extra work), over and above what was advertised. Placed an order for a personalised vase which unfortunately arrived smashed, I contacted customer services and Craig sent me out a replacement free of charge for navy day delivery. He places a note on my order to be wrapped in fragile warning tape too. Customer service is excellent would order again.

Ordered a personalised frame for my sister in laws birthday. I wanted to add the photo as part of the package (for an extra fee), it turned out this wasn't added when I placed the order, may have been a website blip.

Customer Service reached out to me and the issue was resolved and the payment I owed was really easy to do.

The quality of the frame is excellent, such a quick turnaround. Well packaged too, to ensure no damage in transit. I will use this site again.

I ordered an engraved vase to be delivered—very fast turnaround, reasonable price, and my mum is thrilled with it—it looks like really good quality. Also, they quickly and professionally sorted out a mistake I made with the shipping address and still got it to my Mum on time for her birthday. I'm really happy.

Even tho there delivery says one thing of there estimated time beware to give yourself more time in the order . As I got told an estimated time but didn’t arrive until after . Spoilt the moment of a birthday!

Bought a lead crystal engraved decanter I can't say how pleased we were with it ..top class

Ordered an engraved glass tankard on a Sunday and it arrived 2 days later on Tuesday. Excellent quality and beautifully presented in a gift box wrapped in tissue futher wrapped in a gift bag so it did not need further giftwrapping. 1st class service and will be our 1st choice for personalised gifts.

Paid for 24 hour royal mail tracked, they don't give you a tracking number. I messaged today to find where the item is they sad royal mail is down so they can't track but should be here today or tomorrow....it was due today and didn't arrive. Looking we others reviews they have the same issue of no tracking even when you pay extra for that option.
