What a well organized firm on time with delivery also the 2 delivery drivers very helpful unpacked & put it all together very efficient a great thing now days also took all packing away we would recommend yourselves 100% many thanks P&M

Telephoned when 35 minutes away. Very pleasant and although an old cottage handles the delivery with ease and took all coverings away with them. Total time on site approx. 20 minutes. Our previous bed delivery was over 1 hour with much cursing and very little team work. Also left coverings for us to dispose of.

I ordered a mattress with another company, who use this company for their London deliveries. Keane & Able were very efficient, reliable and friendly. The communication was excellent. They let me know the time slot a few days before delivery, then on the morning of delivery they called to say they were 30 mins away. Friendly professional two man team, delivered the mattress with care to the room of my choice. I would highly recommend this company, and not hesitate to use them again.

Really good service from this company from the telephone call to change delivery date to the communication throughout and the delivery drivers who were really polite and friendly not even a parcel label needed as the delivery men printed it for me

this was the second delivery from Keen & Able. on both occasions the two gentlemen were extremely helpful, they called before their visit to advise they were on their way. they were polite, courteous and extremely pleasant gentlemen, and seemed very proud of the work and the company they worked for.

The communication was good prior to delivery. It was easy to get the date changed as I couldn't make what they offered. Good text communication too. On the day the driver called me 30 minutes prior to arrival. Delivery was very efficient. I wish all delivery companies were as good!

Excellent service from customer service to delivery.
I was called before delivery to let me know there were half an hour away. The delivery people were very polite and helpful. They covered their shoes before entering my property and were very careful with the mattress. Would not hesitate in recommending this company

We ordered a Hypnos bed and the two agents delivered it. They were very efficient they phoned ahead to say how far away they were and it was delivered without any fuss or bother. The two men took away our old bed and headboard and assembled our new bed and headboard. They were nice and friendly and nothing was too much trouble. After they assembled the bed they went through the booklet with us and gave us advice on how often to rotate the mattress. They were very reliable and we could not fault the service we received hence the 5 stars.

The company kept me continuously informed and gave me a 4 hour time slot for the actual delivery.They took my new mattress upstairs, unpacked it and put it on the bed base, taking away the packing and my old mattress.

Overall, a good experience. Men covered their shoes on entry to the house, were courteous, and efficient. Would have give 5* if collection window was 2 hours rather than 4 hours

Delivery men were extremely nice, professional, and efficient. We changed our mattress delivery date and were given a new date for just a couple days later. They called a half hour ahead to alert us re: their arrival time at 7.30 a.m., removed shoes without us asking, and carried the heavy mattress up a rather narrow flight of stairs. We're very happy with everything and highly recommend.

Very good communication throughout the delivery process. Arrived when they said they would. Two guys wrestled with our super king size mattress with no problems. Very polite and courteous. Great delivery service.

Really good, polite and regular communication from the delivery team re the eta of my delivery. Delivered on time by the 2 men, very polite, courteous, they took the bed upstairs as requested, nothing was too much trouble. No damage to packaging or bed.

Received a text informing me of the delivery time slot for my Land of Beds order. The 2 chaps arrived on time, were very polite and were respectful of my property. They removed their shoes and took the bed, mattress and headboard upstairs to the bedroom. Great service!
