Very helpful personalized advice on the right split mattress for my husband and I! They even looked up the bed we were purchasing and confirmed their mattress would fit fine! And the mattress if very comfy. It was a little 'smelly' at first but has settled down now. Must just have been a manufacturing smell!

Can highly recommend this company Keen&Albe. I used them to deliver my mattress and they were fantastic. They went above and beyond and such lovely delivery guys. Nothing was too much trouble. Lovely polite people

Brilliant products. I got the whole set - a mattress, pillows and a blanket. All of them are brilliant quality. The mattress is on a firm side, but it's exactly what I was looking for - a great support for your back. The blanket is great for a cold season as it super warm, not sure about the summer time, but using it with pleasure now.

Cannot speak highly enough of this company. Their 2 person delivery team were prompt, polite, professional, courteous and competent.
They slipped on their overshoes on arrival, took my mattress upstairs for me.

Communications were good and useful before the delivery. The two men were careful, strong and experienced, so the switch of mattresses was accomplished in a very short time and without damage. I am delighted.

I used this company, Keen & Able, to deliver my very expensive mattress. I highly recommend them because they were on time, polite, courteous, respectful of my home and took away all the packaging. Will definitely use them again.

Bunch of crooks.
My £1000 Hypnos mattress was delivered by two guys dressed in scruffy clothes who jumped out of a clapped out white van and proceeded to light cigarettes and smoke over the top of the items in the back of the van. Cigarettes reluctantly extinguished, they took the mattress to the designated room. I asked for them to unwrap the item, which they did with the younger of the two marking the pristine item with black oily fingerprints. Accident, yes but where was the white glove delivery promised by the website?
I rang K&A and was told they weren’t interested and to call Hypnos. Both calls are showing on my iPhone, time and date stamped. According to K&A I did not report the damage. However Maria in CS confirmed today my call was in their log matching the proof of calls I have already supplied.
Trading standards next stop.

Following the publication of this factual review, K&A have responded below saying they are working through this situation. Untrue, last week they wrote and told me the claim was closed.

Expected a delivery yesterday and got a 4 hour window with an additional to say if they were running late they would contact me. At the end of the 4 hour window I contacted the company, as no one had contacted me, to be told it will be there very shortly. 50 minute later I contacted them again. I was told they would check what the problem was and call me back. They eventually did saying that they had contacted the drivers and they would be with me in 15 to 20 minutes. 45 minutes later the van arrived at my door. However after 15 minutes no one had got out the van so I thought I had better check it really was my delivery. It was the correct van but I got a surprise when they said that they are just arranging their car insurance. I was further surprised when they said their office had not contacted them at any time during the day.
A 4 hour window was now over six with two wasted phone calls during which I was told "untruths".
If it was possible to give half a star I would have as the drivers themselves were polite and respectful. Pity I cannot say the same about the office staff.

Where to even start? New mattress due today. Time slot booked in 7-11am. Everything sorted. Until 11am came and went. No sign of a delivery. Gave abit of leeway due to traffic or technical difficulties. Rang company at 1130am asking for an update. Lady on the phone says they tried to deliver it at 10am but apparently no1 in......hmmm yet we were. Was told they'll speak to driver and ring us back. Another hour passed and still nothing, so once again. Rang company to see where our order is, to be told driver has not responded, gave it another hour. Again to returned call, so once again. We had to ring them to see what's going on. To this time be told its not even left the Wakefield depot. And the staff at the depot took it upon themselves to mark it as a failed delivery. Even though it hadn't even left them! So was told a manager would be ringing us to explain....and unsurprisingly a manager didn't bother and left it to a receptionist to be told they might not be able to deliver it..... but we've now been told we're 'VIP' customers, about as useful as a chocolate fireguard as now they're saying they can't deliver it til fri/Mon. As its an inconvenience to them doing it tomorrow!....hold up. What about the inconvenience to us? Clearly doesn't matter to them really. Which reading the other reviews comes as quite a suprise.

Communication on the day was good. The chaps on the day were super friendly and put a smile on my face! Would definitely use this service again!

Great guys very courteous and count be anymore helpful. Took shoes of at the door without having to be asked. To care with getting delivery up the stairs. Really pleasant polite young men. Would definitely use again.
