Amazing quality bikinis and amazing…
Amazing quality bikinis and amazing customer service! Needed it for a certain date and they were able to get it sent out early so I can wear my new bikini on holiday! Definitely would buy again!
Incorrect item and lack of communication
I ordered 3 x styles of swimwear. All styles arrived and the bottoms that were sent to be were incorrect. I asked for the right pair to be sent out to me. They agreed and also agreed to refund shipping costs. My parcel got lost with Royal Mail which is not Kaselas fault, but I’ve sent 3 emails asking for a solution to be agreed as I am now left with a bikini top with 0 bottoms, when I wouldn’t have exchanged them to begin with if the right pair was sent out. I also sent back a swimsuit for an exchange, so because my parcel was lost I’ve lost out on a lot of money. I’ve had no response and getting fed up now, I would appreciate someone coming back to me to at least show some good will, and offer a refund for the bikini bottoms (happy to send back the top as well as it’s useless without bottoms) or the right pair to be sent out to me, and a refund for the shipping costs. Please can someone come back to me and get this sorted.
Highly recommend & amazing customer service!
Ordered the mesh dress from the new drop and I needed it for that same week, messsged the customer service team (who are amazing and so responsive!) and they made sure to have my order to me within 5 days! When there usual turn around is 10-14 days. Absolutely love my dress aswell would definitely recommend 🫶🏽

I ordered 3 bikinis from Kasela Studio for my holiday! It took a few weeks for them to arrive and I was worried they wouldn’t arrive on time but the team they have were so quick to respond to my message on their Instagram account. They were so helpful and I literally received my order within a few days of messaging! The quality of the bikinis are unreal and the colours are exactly what you see online! Couldn’t recommend them more 💗💗

My experience with kasela has always been great, I’ve had a couple of bikinis from them now and had a great experience each time. They have always been helpful with answering my queries. The bikinis are amazing and the qualify and colours of them are always insane. Will continue to shop with them!

Awful customer service, not helpful at all. Do not reply to your emails. Would not buy from this company as they do not think of their customers! I’m still awaiting for them to get back to me!

Ordered this for a holiday and paid next day delivery, after ordering i had an email advising this order time frame is after the product has been 'made' and i would be waiting 10 working days. I emailed to advise i needed this sooner for a holiday to which they responded and it did arrive in time. On trying on i realised the fit was awful and the bum was so baggy its not appropriate to wear. I have since emailed 3 times to be told today its exchange only, as they are handmade pieces - but handmade to a size 6/8/10/12? So i can only exchange, but the company will re-sell my item if i return it, to someone who orders the same size as me, as i wasn't asked for my specific measurements for it to be handmade. the company is a scam by telling you they are handmade pieces and therefore non-returnable, yet will re-sell the item when you return it as you can only order by standard sizing. Not quite right if you ask me. I'm now short £50 + postage due to the unclear website and even if i wanted to exchange the item, due to their delayed replies i will be out of the 14 day 'return' period. I will be taking this further to get my money back.

The bikini was expensive so I would expect faster delivery, it took two weeks to arrive and when it did, the colour was stunning as was the design but the quality was not good at all. there was strings and frayed edges and the bikini bottom stitches were coming undone on holiday that I could only wear it once

I had an overall great experience with Kasela, and their styles are GORGEOUS to say the least! I ordered a zebra swimsuit and I had a few issues with Royal Mail delays in tracking which prevented my parcel from being delivered due to unpaid delivery fees that I was required to pay. After a few nudges via email, they reimbursed me straight away, and their customer service was very friendly and polite. Since then I asked a question on Instagram on how to tie the swimsuit and they got back to me within 24 hours with a lovely and helpful response. I think a lot of people need to understand that this is a new, small business where all products are handmade and that they are going to have teething problems throughout their first few years in production. Understandably, they do not have a full customer service team or transports team to respond around the clock and are doing the best that they can. I am sure they are all aware of these difficulties and will be putting procedures in place in the future when they are able to as the company grows.
order delayed but sorted
I placed my order on the 23rd March with the understanding that each item is handmade with a turn around time of 5-7 working days and one item I believe was up to 10 working days. I was concerned when I hadn’t heard anything about my order so I emailed on the 31st march and was told my order would be shipped the next week.….
It is currently the 16th April and I have not received my order nor have I heard anything. I have emailed 3 times since with no response to any. I’m just really disappointed, I haven’t used this company before and having seen the products I was so excited however now I’m more concerned I will never receive my order :(
My holiday is fast approaching, my whole order being for my trip so I’m hoping it comes asap.
UPDATE:
Kasela got back to me and apologized for the delay in my order. They advised it was ready to be despatched and they would refund my delivery for the delay which was good of them. Seems to have been sent out on a next day delivery which is also really good of them. The items arrived in great condition, the quality is amazing. Very happy with my order, cant wait to wear in Bali!
Order still not received , no customer service experience skills or remorse at all.
I don’t normally write reviews but this is the worst customer service I have ever received! SO rude , argumentative and no remorse whatsoever. After questioning where my order was they straight away tried turning it round on me saying I had “made the mistake”, which is completely incorrect. Their website is misleading and the delivery times are just an outright scam , I have also seen many reviews saying the same thing as myself and having the same issues in similar situations , so my point has been proven amongst others too despite them not taking any responsibility for it themselves whatsoever. I paid for the 3-5 day delivery option and hand made or not , that’s what I’ve paid for and was obviously expecting. Oh and there is also no chance of getting anything refunded by the way it seems. It’s been over 2 weeks later now I have still not received my order nor a reply from my previous message asking where on earth it is. They claimed that it would be shipped out the following week (last week) , again I had to follow up on this as it had still not been received and I had no update or tracking. I have then chased them again ( over 2 weeks later! ) because I still haven't received my order , despite it apparently meaning to be delivered on Saturday. This is beyond a joke now , I was really looking forward to ordering from Kasela but now I will certainly not be purchasing from them again.

They do not offer refunds on standard sizes, so I’m stuck with something that I don’t like. They also stopped replying to my emails during a conversation.

Was told the shipping time would be 2-3 days, kept checking the app and there wasn’t an update. It remained as “order placed.” The outfit is really pretty but really disappointing I didn’t get to wear it on my holiday as expected

Absolutely shocking
Absolutely shocking!
I ordered on 7th March, received my parcel on 5th April! Chased numerous times and was told that my order would be being dispatched but it never was, until I reminded them of my consumer rights...
I wanted the swimwear for a holiday which has now completely been and gone, yet seeing the brand constantly sharing influencers in the swimwear pieces on their holidays, as they had obviously rushed delivery for them!
Never got refunded my next day delivery fee after being told I would be.
Very disappointed!
