I’m extremely disappointed in myself for not reading the trustpilot reviews prior to ordering. This is something I would normally do. Please please please avoid this company. The first issue arose when I paid for express shipping and certainly did not receive this. I returned my order on the 18th May and they have not even confirmed receipt of this even thought I posted back via Royal Mail signed for next day at my own expense. The refund has not even started to be processed meaning they are sitting on my money!! ALOT OF MONEY! Customer service is none existent. I have contacted both accounts on instagram and received no response. This copy is a scam!! Please avoid and don’t put yourself in mine and 90% of other reviewers positions but ordering from them. I will be taking matters further.

I regret ordering from here!!!! My package was sent back to the sender, and I haven't heard from them since—I haven't received a refund, and they haven't responded to my messages.

I think this is terrible, and I'm still hoping to hear from them because I'm still waiting for more than 300 euros!!!!!!!!!!

I purchased my first item from this company—a polka dot swimsuit for my hen do. When it arrived, I tried it on as any customer would. Unfortunately, the sizing was completely off and it wouldn’t even go past my thighs.

I returned the item just two days later, only for nearly a month to pass before it was sent back to me because they had apparently never collected it. I was then told the return had been rejected due to a supposed “mark on the lady area.” This is simply untrue. The item is in perfect condition, and despite repeatedly asking for evidence and providing my own photographs, they have refused to properly address the issue.

What’s even more frustrating is that they claim they inspected the return, despite the fact it was never collected in the first place. Their explanations have been inconsistent throughout, and customer service has been extremely poor.

The whole experience has been an absolute shambles from start to finish. Unless you’re an influencer, it seems they have little interest in helping genuine paying customers.

I will never shop with this company again and would strongly advise others to think twice before ordering, especially if there’s any chance you’ll need to make a return.

I normally have had a good experience with this company until my recent order. I brought a set top and skirt and I done a refund and exchange for the skirt in a bigger size. When I received the new skirt it was the same size which I had sent back. I contacted them multiple times via their form, email and even Instagram DM and they have not gotten back to me at all. I’ve now had to refund the skirt and pay for the shipping when it was a fault on their end purely as they are not getting back to me at all.

I ordered three pairs of shorts, two were faulty and had broken stitching.

I tried to return the items and they said they wouldn’t accept them as they was final sale. I explained and sent photos of the holes in the items and they have ghosted me ever since.

I would avoid buying from them.

After receiving an email saying my order will be despatched within 1 day, it wasn't despatched for another 9 days during which time I had no response from the retailer until it was posted.

There returns period is also 2 weeks rather than 4, which isn't highlighted on purchasing. When reaching out to them regarding this I recieved no response.

The product ordered also had sequins etc missing.

If I could rate this company 0 stars I would. I returned an item back in August and have still not received my refund. I emailed them to ask why I hadn’t been refunded yet and they asked for proof of postage which I sent them straight away but did not get a response. I have since sent them multiple emails and they will not reply to me. Starting to think this company is a scam! Do not order from them!

Good quality clothing and some pretty pieces. Parcel arrived quickly and updates throughout. My order unfortunately didn’t fit me as it was too large, which was a shame as the outfit was really cute! Will definitely order again and try some other pieces.

I have ordered a few bikinis from kasela and all have been amazing quality! With quick delivery.

I tried to make a return but the portal was not working for me. I contacted them and they said they could process it manually. I agreed to this, and they ghosted me ever since. I have sent them at least 4 DMs and 4 emails. No response. They went completely ghost on me. I have never experienced customer service like this before from any company. I would not recommend them at all. I’m not escalating matters legally and making a complaint against them on the UK government’s website. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

Do not order from this company I returned the items because they didn’t come with express shipping like I needed them to, they arrived back the the studio on tne 19th September
I have still not received a refund I emailed they replied once asking where the proof of the parcel being returned was I sent it and have beint ignore since over £100 order !! I’m fuming doesn’t even deserve a one star

Firstly, they failed to mention anywhere that sale items are non-returnable. When said items arrived they were faulty - snags in material of 2 out of 3 dresses I ordered. Couldn’t create an online return as they were sale, so emailed customer services who offered me a partial refund if I kept the dresses. This was a month ago and they have never replied since or sent me any money back. They’ve ignored about 5 emails since. Shit customer services.

Everything about the brand is perfect!!!! The products I got for my Ibiza trip was such perfect quality and fit and struggle to find swim that flatters me! The girls who run the business are so helpful and answered all my queries before I ordered! Would definitely shop again and again!

Every order I’ve placed with Kasela has been shipped & delivered SO quick with no complications. The clothes are amazing quality & are always as seen on the website. I know I will always love their items & they’re clearly designed & made with so much thought! 100% recommend🥰🩷✨

Really annoyed I can’t return final sale items. There was no warning when I purchased that this would be a thing and I’m left with £50 worth of stuff that doesn’t fit.

The clothes and designs are beautiful. The quality blew me away. I ordered a lace co-ord with matching swim set and not a single defect on the material. The designs are so unique and stunning. I received so many compliments. I had to purchase more.
I communicated on instagram to follow up on my order. It was easy and response time was fast

I returned a swimsuit that didn’t fit (only tried on briefly with underwear), and they refused to refund me. They claimed there was a “dirty mark,” which is completely false. Then, to make things worse, they showed me a photo of a swimsuit that wasn’t even the one I returned! I asked them to confirm the size of the item they sent me, and they refused. The whole process felt like a scam. Terrible customer service, dishonest practices – save yourself the hassle and shop elsewhere.

By far the worst website I have ever had the displeasure of ordering from. Placed an order for an item clearly marked as next day delivery available and paid 5.99 for this on the 2nd July for my holiday on the 9th July. Emailed customer services when I didn’t receive my order on the 6th July who told me they are “happy to inform me it will be dispatched tomorrow”. Why a company is happy to inform a customer that what they have paid for hasn’t been shipped on time is beyond me and disgusting. I went on my holiday without the item I spent £50 on and had to buy a bikini at the airport. This delightful company then emailed me back on the 10th of July that it was actually dispatched today. More lies. It’s the 15th July my holiday has been and gone I’m still £50 out of pocket without my item Royal Mail still haven’t received it and guess what? Kasela say this is not uncommon. No refund. Not offering to chase Royal Mail. Absolute joke. Will be reviewing their website on TikTok today and be going to my bank as this company are not willing to give me my money back for a next day delivery item that 2 weeks later Royal Mail don’t even have! Wish them no success with their scamming service and despicable attitude
