I’ve used just Audi few times buying cars since they first opened, the service was great second too none from a second hand car garage. But I’m afraid the after sales service is starting fall with a certain member, I bought a second hand Skoda off there self with a few bodywork issues once driven away, are salesman Sam well he couldn’t help enough really but after going back in three times with car getting bodywork sorted something that could of been quite easily be fixed didn’t so we then got out into a higher managers hands Joe. He tried his best to try get car sorted for use but after going in again nothing really changed, corrosion still on bodywork and paintwork wasn’t great in places. All we got was a full machine polish and valet it turns out, things got out of hand one evening the way with words how I was spoken too and the stress this car has caused with garage I just can’t recommend men’s them now, like I did. There cars are good but I wouldn’t advise body shop when it can’t be done right 1st and second time.

I contacted justaudivw and spoke to Adam Kent regarding a Range Rover Evoque they had for sale, he was very knowledgeable about the vehicle Adam answered all my question and was extremely helpful. I arranged to view the vehicle the next day, it was exactly as describe by Adam a great looking clean car, the purchase was smooth hassle free and very professional, at the time covid 19 measure were in place, but everything was in place so no concerns.
The vehicle was missing a drivers handbook and rear parcel shelf, Adam assured me he would source them for me, a week later they were delivered to my home address great service, The car is fabulous all that I had hoped for, I would like to thank Adam for all his help and professionalism, I would highly recommend Justaudivw and Adam Kent

Excellent company. Have used their service department for a couple of years, always extremely pleased with the quality of work carried out. I have just bought a Range Rover from them. It was a pleasure to deal with Adam, no pressure sales and brilliant after sales. My partner is also negotiating with Adam and Steve on a sports car. Would not hesitate to recommend this company. I booked my Audi in for a service last week. Everything was explained and I was given an estimate of costs.

The service took place today. I was very well taken care off. The price was extremely fair and my car was washed and clean on completion. The icing on the cake for me was that I was taken to my car on leaving, which I really class as going that final mile. I really don't like my keys being handed to me and just have to hope I can find it in the car park!

Bought an Audi A4 sport from here. The service I recieved from my 1st email enquiring about the car to the moment I took delivery of it was second to none. I dealt with Brad, who was was excellent from the outset. It was one of the best buying experiences I have had. The price was less than I expected to pay and the condition outstanding.. everything was so simple and comfortable... would I recommend this garage?.. 100% so if you are considering a change of vehicle, give them a try... I travelled a round trip of 200 miles, which was a journey wll made.

I bought an Audi SQ5 from Just Audi and mainly dealt with Joe. From the first contact to the last I found him honest, straightforward and easy to deal with. I ordered over the phone and drove 2 hours to collect. Really pleased to find that the car had been perfectly described - harshly if anything, it was in great condition.

Since buying the car, I had an issue with the key when I changed the battery. I thought it was nothing to do with Just Audi, so rang the main Audi dealer - they wanted me to bring the car in - and it would have cost me quite a chunk. Instead I rang Just Audi and they diagnosed the problem over the phone and how to fix it. Great service. And I really LOVE the car!!
