Thank you for your feedback. We understand that the information you found online caused concern; however, we respectfully disagree with the description of our business as “fake.”

Order #13841 was received on 4 August, and our support team responded to the questions raised regarding the order. We also acknowledged the cancellation and refund request and provided the relevant confirmation directly by email.

We aim to respond promptly to customer concerns and process cancellations and refunds in accordance with our stated procedures. For privacy reasons, we cannot publish full order or payment details publicly, but we remain available to address any outstanding concerns directly.

We respond to all customer emails as quickly as possible and aim to reply within a maximum of approximately six hours during our support hours. Your emails were answered approximately four hours after they were received. We apologise if the waiting time caused any additional concern.

Regarding the payment reference showing “Variety Vans – Van Hire,” we understand why this appeared concerning. This is the billing reference associated with the payment account used for the transaction. Your payment has been successfully matched to Prime Sheds Order #13912.

We also understand your concerns regarding the company information you found online. Prime Sheds continues to process customer orders and provide customer support. We are reviewing the legal entity information displayed on our website to ensure that it is clear, accurate and up to date.

Your order is currently active, and tracking information will be sent to you by email once it has been dispatched and collected by the carrier.

Should you no longer feel comfortable proceeding, please reply to this email and we will arrange the cancellation of Order #13912 and issue a full refund to your original payment method.

Dear Customer,

We are sorry that you felt concerned, but we would like to clarify the facts surrounding your order.

Your order was placed on 4 August 2026, and approximately two hours later you contacted us requesting cancellation. As the order was cancelled before dispatch, no goods were due to be delivered.

Your order has now been cancelled as requested, and a full refund has been processed to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or payment provider, the refund may take approximately 5–10 business days to appear in your account.

Prime Sheds is still operating and trading legally. The current business and legal information displayed on our website is accurate. The Companies House information referenced in your review does not mean that Prime Sheds is an illegitimate business.

We respond to customer enquiries by email and aim to answer every message as quickly as possible. During periods of high demand, responses may take slightly longer, but your cancellation request has been handled promptly.
