Just collected our new car from Ben at Just Audi VW, from walking in to view the car through to the excellent handover today it’s been a hassle free experience, along with plenty of coffee and no pressure it’s been a pleasure, would have no problem in recommending them, thank you Ben and Steve ☺️

Last weeks call was a late afternoon emergency and a technician came out . He too was efficient and friendly !

We have always taken our cars to Just Audi in Lincoln for services / repairs.
The staff are friendly and helpful and they only carry out work on your car that is actually needed to be done, never any pressure from them. Prices are very reasonable too, not like the rip off prices the main dealers charge. They service all makes of cars too. I would have no hesitation in recommending them for a first class service.

Bought an expensive dashcam to go into my Discovery that I was purchasing.
Never worked properly from the time I picked it up. Would not stayed formatted and needed to reboot and reconnect wvery time i drove.
Sent a request for a new one in and the team sorted it out. Needed an extra wire (known fault so I wonder why not a standard fit) and a new SD card but now working fine.
Always polite, courteous and good customer service. Thanks Tom and the technicians for solving this.
Would have given 5 but the fault is a known fault so may be worth incorporating the fix as standard practice.

First time going here and I can say the selection of vehicles they have is brilliant 👍🏻 we picked our new kuga up today after a test drive last week, we noticed that the pano roof wasn’t opening when we test drive but Connor made sure it was sorted quickly and with no expense spaired and the car was serviced/ checked/ and valeted ready for us, Real genuine and nice people, great customer service!! Connor even gave my 3 year old son a luxury hot chocolate which he hasn’t stopped asking for since! So all in all I highly recommend this company! Thank you all and of course special thanks to Connor for a smooth transaction

bought a car in April and on the drive home I felt there was a problem with the gears as if they weren't engaging properly
I called them when I got home and they asked me to take it back 5 days later, another clever delay,
I was told they were going to do a gearbox oil service and this would resolve the problem, and that they said there was a serious problem with the gearbox and that the service will do the trick, but they couldn't fit me in for nearly 3 weeks, yet another clever move, it seems you learn every day, if you have a problem you must take it back within your 14 days with no questions asked and just give it back, DO NOT LET THIS DEALERSHIP CONVINCE YOU THAT THEY WILL SORT A PROBLEM AS THEY ARE ONLY BUYING TIME, just remember the 14 days,anyway
I took it in for the gearbox service but on the drive home felt that it was no different
I called them again and left it with them and after a while they said they wanted to take it to a gearbox specialist as even though they admitted there was a problem but they didn't know what it was,
at this point I had lost faith in them and the car, it’s the fact having a gearbox problem is a very dodgy problem and can cost £1000,s, infact the warranty company wouldn’t pay the dealership as there was no error codes and this is why the dealership rejected the car back, but because they had delayed me taking it in for the service I am now out of my cooling off period
citizens advise told me that if they couldn't repair it I was entitled to exchange for a like for like car
fortunately they had another one same year same make less mileage but it was £2000 more which I was prepared to pay, but no they offered me £2500 less than I had paid 3 weeks previously
I contacted the finance company who then opened a case for me and it took 9 weeks for them to look into it but the outcome was the same they proceeded to say there was nothing wrong with it
I have been to the ombudsman and am awaiting their response
I have also been to a main audi dealer who have done a little test drive with me and they said that there is definitely a gearbox problem
so I have now got it booked in for a full report next week
the staff at just Audi were amazing when I bought the car but the moment I had a problem they just delayed and delayed until I couldn't do anything about it
I put my trust and faith in them when they assured me that a gearbox service would stop the shoving sensation when it changed gear
but it didn't and now its worse
the staff and management at this dealership are extremely clever
if you have a problem in the first few days take your car back and get a refund because if you don't they will make sure you are out of time and be careful they are very persuasive and convincing but don't be fooled I wish I had gone to a proper Audi dealer in the first place,
REMEMBER THIS DEALERSHIP ARE VERY CLEVER, be very careful and to reiterate any problems in the 14 days take it back they cannot refuse this, this review is just to help you, it’s totally your choice

We were looking for a panel van type motor home. My wife found one on autotrader at JustAudiVw and the price was very good for the year and milage. We live quite a way from Lincoln but the trek was worth it. The salesman, Connor Coyle, handled our enquiry from start to finish and was professional throughout. We received a fair price for trading in our beloved T6.1 VW campervan and overall found the service provided by JustAudiVW to be first class.

George was superb and made the whole buying process a pleasure. No fuss or nonsense. Professional and straightforward. He made the whole process great and my wife was able to just focus on being excited. Car number 4 from these wonderful people.

I visited Just Audi VW in Lincoln to look at a Toyota RAV4. The car was in excellent condition and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I never felt pressured, just given the chance to look around and take a test drive. I decided to buy the car the same day. A big thank you to Tom and all the team for their time and support.

So vehicle i bought have some serious issues and dealer is refusing to repair the vehicle.
Few weeks into ownership started to hear fairly audible wining noise, booked it in with dealer, and they blamed the tyres saying they are "saw toothed " and wanted me to pay for replacing all of them.
I didn't believed them and booked the vehicle with bmw to get inspecteted.
Bmw found that all 4 alloys are buckled very poorly refurbished,1 front got a lot of material removed, and both rears welded.
Also differential is leaking and propshaft coupling is split. Alloys are refurbished by this dealer prior me collecting the vehicle, i wast informed about refurbishmen uppon collection.

Excellent service !!! Used them for years and never let me down . Always helpful, always ready when I need them !!! Staff just gorgeous and helpful too .
Love them to the bits !!! I’m telling you now 😉

Made an appointment with young Chris to look at my A7,they diagnosed Audi had fitted the wrong sump washer on an oil service and fitted a new one for me.Excellent service,clean waiting area and would fully recommend.

A seamless and pleasant experience start to finish.

Alex was my Sales Executive and he was perfect balance of proactive and attentive without being pushy. He was happy to answer any questions open and honestly, whilst also giving suggestions of other vehicles they could offer within my specification.

Alex went above and beyond by maintaining regular contact with me, even out of hours, and managed to get the car ready for me the next day. The car is in immaculate condition, and any necessary work (which was already limited) was done prior to sale.

Their warranty is comprehensive and very reasonably priced, and the aftercare from Alex has been flawless.

All other staff were also very friendly and helpful.

I really have nothing but positive things to say. Thank you.

Just want to say a big thank you to Ben and marytn for looking after us when we bought our new car saw the car on Sunday made a quick call on the Tuesday and picked it up on the Wednesday the whole deal was completed in a excellent time and manor. Honestly I cannot fault this dealership at all, in the past I have been given a car with issues so I was a bit weary, but Ben was a start throughout the whole process, if anyone higher up sees this he needs a raise!! he was so welcoming and very supportive throughout the whole process in regards to my new Audi s3. Travelled from Central Scotland to Lincoln to look at a 2023 VW ID3 advertised by Just Audi/VW. To be honest, I'd wanted to buy it on spec and have it delivered, as a 700-mile round day trip was a bit daunting. Salesman Connor explained they don't offer delivery, and need prospective buyers to view the vehicle before purchase.
The car was ready when I arrived, absolutely
immaculate. Despite the low mileage, they had fitted four new Bridgestone tyres, and completed a full £700 service (I was given a copy of the invoice).
Connor was very helpful and pleasant to deal with. The premises are large and every bit as pristine as any main dealership.
The car ran faultlessly on the 350-mile journey home and its new owner (my daughter) is absolutely delighted with it.
I thoroughly recommend both Connor and Just Audi/VW without hesitation.

I bought my Range Rover Sport from Just AudiVW 12 months ago and this week took it for service. Reception staff very pleasant and professional. I was kept informed of the work required and the job completed within the promised timescales. Nathan, the salesman I dealt with buying the car remembered me with a nice greeting. They really are the best place to buy and maintain a car. Bright, clean showroom and service reception, fantastic staff and customer support.

I had an issue with my recently purchased used van. A quick email and I was booked to see a tech, a week later booked in for 2 hours all fixed and on my way.
