So I was sent the wrong hat and was told it was from the supplier so they would be informed. Never heard anything again from J4L or the company (Rogue), although I will never know if Rogue were told or not. So in the end I sent the wrong hat back and had to pay £5 to do this. I was reimbursed for the cost of the hat but not the the return postage. Communication was dreadful. Returns policy was flawed - no returns address was given and the process was different on the website from wht it said on the returns form. Clearly not made to be easy. I would never buy from this company again

Lovely product and efficient delivery.
Ordered a wallet for Christmas, paid for next day delivery, and everything went smoothly. Nice leather wallet by return. Great service.

After confirming the order and taking the money, I was subsequently advised, that they had moved warehouses and lost the messenger bag I had ordered?
The email detailed that it would take 10 days to have sight of the money refunded. In response I suggested the excuse was poor and perhaps someone could look for the bag, the company must have had the product when it took the money and requested a senior manager get back to me. I heard nothing more, didn't receive the bag but based on other reviews feel lucky that the £80 was eventually refunded. I would not use this company again and recommend no one else does, which is a shame because the leather goods online look really good.

JUST AWFUL. I bought a wallet late last year that was faulty. They asked me to send it back for repair/replacement, which I did. Never received anything back, they do not reply to emails and the phone is never answered. Avoid!

I ordered two bags … one turned up and order was emailed to me as complete …. I phoned up and was put in a queuing system … spent over 50 minutes without success….
Emailed and was told the second bag would be with me the next day …. Which as promised it arrived … Both products are great 👍…. Thought that this was the end of the matter … imagine my surprise when I received my telephone bill and found out I was charged £68.00 to phone a help line chasing a product that hadn’t arrived ….
I emailed the company to utter my disgust but they have chosen not to answer….
I have checked their website and at no time has it advised that phoning them would be on a premium charge ….

I bought a hold-all from Just4leather for £188.50 on 25th November as a Christmas present. Never received the item and no reply from two emails and four phone calls. Still haven’t received anything so I’ve now contacted the credit card company. Terrible service, I would be very careful ordering from them as they ignore your order and are then impossible to contact.

I made a purchase of a leather bag from this website on July 18. It arrived, poorly packed on July 20. On inspection, I found considerable damage to the bag. The plastic bag it came in was also damaged but not the thin cardboard box that formed the outer packaging. This would suggest the article was damaged before it was packed and sent to me, therefore indicating non-existent quality control.
I followed the returns procedure to the letter and sent the bag back to them by courier. I have heard nothing from them since then.

UPDATE: They finally got in touch and made the refund.

I bought a wombat leather hat very recently and although the hat is perfectly fine and the delivery was on time my issue is with the company themselves. The hat is a size too large, all I want to do is exchange it for a smaller size. No contact whatsoever. I've emailed twice and got in touch through PayPal but to no avail. Geezo.... Just reply to me and let me exchange the item.

If it were possible I would give this company 0 stars. I am not even sure that this company exists. I order a wallet for £50 with next day delivery and it has been more than a week, I have not even had an email saying that my order has been dispatched. I have called many times and only a receptionist is ever available, never customer service or any managers. The emails that I have received have been incredibly unhelpful and informal.
I am an extremely unhappy customer who feel scammed.
