I went to the Notting Hill shop for a personal shopping appointment with Anna, the cofounder. She was friendly and knowledgeable and so patient with me, getting all the different products down for me and talking me through the ins and outs of all of them. Ended up leaving with 2 bags that I would not have bought if I had just ordered online. I'm so grateful for the personalised support and am so happy with the leopard Luna and the smart suede brown Riley for when I want to feel a little more put together! Thanks again!

Very disappointing experience. I ordered a cool bag which arrived faulty and returned it for a replacement. My emails were repeatedly ignored until I left a negative review.

A replacement was eventually sent, along with a free gift, but unfortunately the replacement was faulty too. Customer service simply told me I was “unlucky” and then asked me to return both the faulty bag and the free “gift”.

I received refund through a bank chargeback. I also returned the faulty bag and “gift” as requested. Two faulty products and extremely poor customer service — I would not recommend.

I very rarely write reviews but just had to share how wonderful Tiba & Marl products and customer service is! I’ve had the same Tiba & Marl bag for nearly 6 years and have used it almost daily since. It’s functional, stylish and durable. Along the way the zip has broken and a couple of the letters have fallen out, as you might expect for such heavy use, and each time Tiba & Marl’s customer service has been exceptional and they have got the bag back to its former glory right away. Would highly recommend!

We brought a Tiba and Marl inka bag a couple of months ago and have used it everyday since. We love how compact it is but can also store everything we need for our baby. All the storage compartments make it easy to find things on the go. The customer service is incredible I noticed a bit of thread coming loose, Jeni from the customer service team resolved the issue for us and made the process so easy and fast. I will be recommending them to all my mum friends.

100% recommend Tiba & Marl. The products are of high quality, spacious and practical. There are many handy pockets and compartments which make travelling with a baby easy. I also cannot fault the customer service. I emailed them regarding my issue and it had been resolved by Jeni within a few days! She was so helpful and friendly and replied very quickly to emails. Will definitely be purchasing again from this company and will be telling any new mums about them!

I bought this bag expecting it to last, especially as my previous baby bag lasted for years without any issues. Unfortunately, this one has been very disappointing.

The bag had hardly been used, but during a recent family weekend away the strap broke while I was out in the street. For a bag with such little use, this shouldn’t happen. A replacement strap was kindly sent to me free of charge, however that also broke. At that point I gave up.

Since then I’ve started using my eldest son’s old Smiggle bag instead. It’s years old and not particularly cute or fashionable, but at least it works.

I also previously posted this review on the company’s official website, but it appears it was either deleted or never published.

Overall, the design is nice but the durability has been very disappointing. I expected much better quality.

I have their Axel medium changing bag and I love it. I get complemented on it all the time. It’s so roomy, so easy to use looks so stylish. All the pockets outside as well as inside are so useful and I love the way the buggy straps come with it and our a matching colour.
I am pregnant with my second and will definitely be investing in one of their backpacks for when I’ll have a newborn and toddler in tow.

Had a great experience recently with Tiba and Marl. I needed to change my order as I'd input the wrong address, the team changed it quickly for me, and my parcel was delivered the next day! Gorgeous bags too 😍

Not only was my question / request answered immediately, the lady I dealt with couldn’t have been nicer! Highly recommend Tiba and Marl, their products are gorgeous and customer service is brilliant.

Bought the silver Elwood backpack for £169 and within a few months the silver is peeling off everywhere, all over the straps, around the zips, on the bottom, just everywhere really. For something that is priced as a high end product, it’s certainly low end materials. Absolutely do not recommend.

Fantastic customer service arranged some changes to my order quickly and efficiently.

I have had my Ozzy changing bag for about a year when the zip pull came off. I’d “put it somewhere safe” when I got home — but of course, I couldn’t find it anywhere! I contacted the Tiba + Marl customer service team on the off chance they might be able to help. Not only did they respond incredibly quickly, but they also arranged for a new zip pull to be sent out and even made a note of my bag’s batch number in case it happens again to anyone else.

Jeni from the team was so helpful — quick, efficient, and genuinely kind.

I recently ordered a bag from Tiba + Marl as a gift for my friends baby shower. Unfortunately, the wrong bag was sent to me but as soon as I contacted them their customer service was outstanding. Within minutes they had arranged for the correct bag to be sent out and the other one to be collected, making sure I would receive it in time for the baby shower which was the following day. The whole process was handled so quickly and efficiently, and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Highly recommend Tiba + Marl for both their products and their fantastic customer service.

Worst baby bag ever! The zip is rubbish and keeps getting caught. It’s seriously bad quality and not practical, not enough space for essentials. The worst thing about the rucksack is the metal, it stinks, every time you touch it the oil comes off on your hands and makes your hand smell like rusty metal. Avoid!
