Elite Luxury London Anmeldelser

Such wonderful service from Elite Luxury London. Thank you so much to Ell and Sam!

I received my beautiful bag along with a personalised handwritten note and a lovely complimentary charm, which was such a thoughtful touch. The Chanel Gabrielle is absolutely stunning I’m so happy with it.

Delivery was quick and everything was packaged beautifully. I’ve ordered a few times now, and no matter how small the purchase, you always receive a kind message, which I think is so special.

Thank you again for your top service it really doesn’t go unnoticed!

After reading some of the reviews I too hesitated for a minute “do I spent best part of a thousand pounds here”? but after doing some research it’s easy to see that the bad reviews relates to one unsuccessful sale, it happens, you can’t be good to everyone but it doesn’t make you bad. I bought LV Pochette Metis and I can’t fault the bag or the seller. Accurate description, outstanding quality of the bag immaculate condition, better than what I expected, I was so surprised! The communication from my enquiry to the actual purchase was very smooth and helpful, with explanation about different options for authentication, nothing felt pushy, I took two days to think about it before I proceeded with purchase. It was dispatched same day, came quickly well and discreetly packaged. Hand on my heart one of the best luxury brand sellers I ever dealt with.

I bought a Dior Lady bag from this company after coming across them on TikTok, and honestly, I couldn’t be happier! Not only is the bag itself beautiful, but the service was amazing. From the very beginning seeing the bag on a TikTok live and how Sam showcased it so clearly to messaging the team to make the purchase, everything was so smooth.

The bag arrived super quickly and was packaged beautifully with lots of care. They even included a free keyring which was so cute! I would definitely recommend them. I honestly don’t understand all the low-rated reviews. they have been nothing but exceptional.

This company go out there to make your experience with them as uncomfortable as possible . Goods not as they say . When you go as far as to complain and ask for refund that’s when you get a barrage of abuse . Avoid like the plague .

Haven't seen anything positive about this brand on tik tok only that they caused a lot of grief for one lady. Definitely won't be buying from them and I've stopped at least 3 people from buying from them too. The truth will come out soon for every one to see but please avoid this company I've had so many people comment about awful customer service they have received from elite luxury London. Check tik tok reviews and avoid. I have proof from tik tok my friend hasn't received her refund

The service is super great, and quick as well as they are very honest and helpful. You will never be disappointed ❤️

In love with my bag shes so pretty and in immaculate condition. Delivery was quick came in lovely packaging and they even added a cute little bag charm gift, Thanks Guys!! Overall Superb Service and surely will be purchasing again. I highly recommend ELL!

I would not recommend buying anything from this company, even through TikTok. They take your money and you don’t get the goods, and they lie and are very unprofessional. Definitely buy through a different company.

I purchased a blue patent Gucci hand bag and it was beautiful. Excellent customer service and wonderful prices 🌟

I purchased for the first time a Chanel WOC and absolutely love it even though I was given the entrupy certificate because it was such a big investment I paid for my own authentication through a seperate company how confirmed my bag was authentic. When it came I was shocked how new it looked there were no visible marks whatsoever it was very good condition. The people especially Joy are so kind and patient and readily answer all your questions. Will be buying again from them 👍

Purchased a vintage LV bag.
From purchase to delivery, the process was swift and delivery quick.
The packaging was discreet, well packaged. I like their own brand dust bag.
Product as shown.
Good communication. Would buy from this store again.

I’m very pleased with the bag i bought, exactly as described and very reasonably priced. Their customer service is second to none! They are efficient, helpful and very pleasant to deal with, will definitely buy from them again.

Super happy with my purchase. Great proce Great quality and lovely hosts

Good product，nice price

Fantastic platform! I have been looking to buy a luxury bag for my girlfriend for ages, she is a huge Dior fan (unfortunately for my wallet).
I saw this platform on Tik Tok and they had a Trotter bag for half the price I saw on any other website!
Plus they gave me an authenticity certificate and guarantee, the bag also came in a very nice packaging which made it look even more fancy to my girlfriend ;)
100% recommend
