Buying process nice and easy with Sales .. however car needed to go back to have work completed … only comms from Manager came after we made contact, no follow up to make sure car was fine, which we found unusual as other Abdn car dealer did this. Glad to say car is all good!

Courteous and committed Team…
My car recently had an engine diagnostic test at the Clark MINI Aberdeen Service. As an inexperienced, female vehicle owner, I was treated with the utmost professionalism, understanding, and courtesy, by everyone starting from the booking line operator through the onsite advisory team and a senior technician who took the time to explain things in person, having given a thorough check to the vehicle. I felt I was dealing with a trustworthy and committed Team. The local courtesy lift was also appreciated, thank you.

New Mini Clubman
My wife was looking for a new car and we decided to have a look at John Clark Mini. We met Harriett Bryant, who was very helpful and put us under no pressure to buy. My wife test drove a Mini and enjoyed driving it.
I have to say we got a good fair deal on our car as a trade-in for a new Mini Clubman. Can't thank the people at John Clark Mini, especially Harriet.

Excellent and thorough information
I dealt with the same person who helped my wife choose her new Motability vehicle - the top of the range 2.0 litre 3-door hatch with the Premium Plus package. I wanted to get information on the PCP costs for the 1.5 litre 3-door hatch with the Premium Plus package. Jenny was excellent to deal with and I decided to go ahead with the deal

Thank you for taking the time to let us know about your recent experience. We are disappointed to hear that you are not satisfied with your visit. This is not the service we strive to provide and I would like to find out some more information if possible.
If you can send your full name, registration and who you were dealing with to kate.lyttle@john-clark.co.uk so that I can pass this on to our management team to review that would be much appreciate.
