Harriet was a terrific help during the purchase process. She answered all of my questions and on the day i collected the car, she talked me through the handover in detail.

Very disappointed
Very disappointed. The experience of purchasing a used car from John Clark Mini (Aberdeen) was not what you would expect from a so called reputable company.
Pressure sales to meet month end, required full payment to meet deadline yet anted to arrange handover of the car 4 days later. At handover we were an inconvenience as we arrived when staff were having their Burger King as a group, really welcoming after a 3 hour journey. Handover took 15 minutes & we were told that e will know more about the car than Eason selling it so she didn’t en leave the building. Just gave us. Keys & pointed to the car parked outside.perhaps keen to return to hat we had interrupted.
Not good & compared to previous experiences most definitely one of the poorest & unprofessional

Profits before customer safety?
Jennifer was very helpful, but I was very surprised that John Clark Aberdeen were happy to sell me a car in full knowledge that there was deep damage to a tyre sidewall extending into the canvas carcass of the tyre. I was assured that the tyre was both safe and legal, which I did not believe, and, on seeing the tyre today my local garage agreed with me.

Pain Free Process!
My experience with Harriett at John Clark Motor Group Aberdeen could not have been better. I am about 200 miles from the dealership and Harriett was incredibly helpful, always responsive, answered all my questions and made buying my new car a great experience. I would absolutely recommend them and use them in the future.

Buying process nice and easy with Sales…
Buying process nice and easy with Sales .. however car needed to go back to have work completed … only comms from Manager came after we made contact, no follow up to make sure car was fine, which we found unusual as other Abdn car dealer did this. Glad to say car is all good!

Courteous and committed Team…
My car recently had an engine diagnostic test at the Clark MINI Aberdeen Service. As an inexperienced, female vehicle owner, I was treated with the utmost professionalism, understanding, and courtesy, by everyone starting from the booking line operator through the onsite advisory team and a senior technician who took the time to explain things in person, having given a thorough check to the vehicle. I felt I was dealing with a trustworthy and committed Team. The local courtesy lift was also appreciated, thank you.
