Beth very helpful ,the only complaintI have is that there is no hand book —I am 85 and it is all very well for young people who know what they are doing with apps etc but at my age I would like a book to study !

Very nice sales girl who I dealt with two years ago really wasn’t looking to change my car but mentioned to Harriet the colour I fancied but didn't see any, Harriet said there was one in the corner. We went and looked and after getting a price for my one bought it. The whole experience was 5 star and when collecting I said probably see you again in 2 years to upgrade again.

jason and Leonie at John Clark Mini Aberdeen were extremely helpful. From sourcing car and showing me the ropes as I moved from Petrol to Electric Mini.

Mini Countryman - recently purchased and I have to say the sales process was handled seamlessly by Beth, extremely knowledgeable and attentive at all times (even providing Email updates after hours!). It’s also worth noting the service department was equally fantastic to deal with Lisa being our main contact, nothing was too much trouble and dealt with our query with ease …. Definitely worth a visit to John Clark Mini when looking for your next vehicle

I telephoned and spoke to Colin who was very helpful, gave me a few options over the phone, we left my town in Banchory because he had a few to choose from, arrived and he said that Julie would deal with us, which she did and was extremely helpful, was beyond helpful infact. Very happy place of work and lovely atmosphere 😊 very very happy to deal with John Clark Dundee group as Aberdeen were not friendly at all!
We bought a car and drove it home the same afternoon thats how confident I was with my new car and your team in Dundee.
Hopefully I won't be back but when I do it will be my first call or stop.

I’ve had my Mini Cooper just over 12 months now and I love it. I recently took it to John Clarke’s with concerns of a possible problem with the suspension or coil spring. Fortunately everything was fine and all was confirmed in the inspection report carried out by their technician Darren. He even carried out a complementary vehicle health check and created a video during the inspection, which I received by email after collecting my mini. I was very impressed and reassured by this as it showed me the inspection taking place, plus tyre depths. It also reminded me that I need to clean better under my arches! Thank you for excellent service!

I would highly recommend John Clark Mini Aberdeen to all my family & friends. The service I got was exceptional from front desk to sales & servicing, especially Leonie, Beth & Lisa there knowledge of the product, helpfulness, nothing was to much bother for them. They made the experience of selecting & buying my new JCW Countryman a pleasure. I will definitely be going back, I can’t imagine having anything else but a mini from now on.
