Jamie at JJ Roofing has been incredible from the first moment I spoke with him. He could not have done more to help and make me feel valued. A very polite and considerate guy who was incredibly patient, and nothing was too much work. I would definitely use JJ Roofing again.

Don’t waste your time.

Delivery should have been two or three working days, but instead we waited over 2 1/2 weeks just to be told that our window was damaged in transit not once but twice, and it was also deleted off of their system by mistake so they didn’t know we had an order.

Shop somewhere else.

One of my roof windows was missing crucial fixing brackets and the handle. Currently seven days since I made JJ Roofing Supplies aware of this and I still haven’t received the missing parts despite making it clear that they were holding up the job and costing me money.

Further to my general review, I should like to add, Helen Walsh was the point of contact who ensured my order and delivery was dealt with to my satisfaction. Great work 👍 Thank you.

Not impressed with how pallet was delivered. Several roof tiles broken because of the way the pallet was wrapped. Luckily I had ordered some spares.

Zakari was incredibly knowledgeable and saved me a great deal of hassle. Polite, friendly, and super helpful — everything you'd hope for in a merchant. Their prices are very competitive, and I’ll definitely be using their supplies again in the future.

After spending hours researching the product I needed, I decided to place my order with JJ Roofing. The process was straightforward, and I was patiently waiting for delivery. However, a few days later, I noticed an email stating my order had been cancelled and refunded—without any explanation. I’ve attempted to contact their support team multiple times but have been unable to get through, which has been extremely disappointing. A simple acknowledgment or reason for the cancellation would have gone a long way.

Well I’m not a roofer, just an ordinary guy who needed to replace some roof tiles. I came across this supplier and was already impressed with the reviews so I places my order.
I received a phone call next working day to inform me that they weren’t in stock but they would order them in for me, which was totally fine as I wasn’t in a rush.
When it came to receiving my order unfortunately the courier delivered someone else’s pallet.
I got in touch with the customer service team and they couldn’t do enough to sort it all out. They arranged collection and then arranged for my delivery to arrive which did.
I believe this is the best customer service I have ever received, and it’s all down to Carlotta Modesti. My order wasn’t worth thousands of pounds but it certainly felt like it.
Thanks JJ Roofing Supplies, I used to think Apple were number one at customer service but you have knocked them off the top spot by a mile.

ordered an item and paid in full, then got an email back to say the item was discontinued

I phoned for info and they were extremely helpful I ordered and delivery was quick and efficient, my fault I needed to reorder did it online and just as simple.quality product and the helpful install guides on their website were excellent

All the guys at JJ Roofing were great. My wife has a great love love of her garden and her flowers, and the guys made it there priority to make sure the garden was kept safe from any damage. Great guys, hard working and very polite. Thank you so much, Andy and Ionelia.

Order attentively received, goods delivered as promised. Driver was courteous, goods were at the standard we expected. Good all-round service.

Speedy delivery of a quality item.

Ordered quite a few wall pier caps and copings.

Had a few issues where I ordered a few wrong things.

They responded to calls and emails quickly, sorted out my issues and re ordered the bits I needed without any fuss.

Also arranged pick up for bits that were left over

I placed an order on the 9th of May that I ended up needing to return. The items were unused and unopened. What should have been straightforward turned into over a month of delays and a complete refusal to initiate a return, and it is still ongoing.

JJ Roofing told me there was a £40 collection fee from Velux, despite this being mentioned nowhere on their website or at checkout. I challenged it, and they stood by it. Only after I opened a PayPal dispute did they suddenly revise the fee to £5. That says it all.

They are now claiming they cannot issue a refund until Velux refunds them. This is not in their returns policy and is legally irrelevant. The refund obligation is with the seller, not the supplier.

The items are still unused and ready to go, but JJ Roofing has continued to delay, shift blame, and stall well beyond a reasonable timeframe.

No customer should have to chase a company for a month just to return something, especially when they advertise hassle free returns.

I have escalated the case to PayPal with all evidence submitted. I would not recommend buying from this company under any circumstances.
