I recently purchased a camera lens and camera body on line. The latter was used and the lens new. Both were delivered in excellent condition.
However the camera body took six days to arrive and I have been delaying my review until it did. I called Customer Services when only the lens initially arrived and was told the packages came from different locations. This might be given more prominence in the order documentation. However the main delay in delivering the camera body derived from the Courier who suffered from "unexpected delays".

An excellent product, well packed and dispatched: unfortunately DPD failed to deliver on time.

Excellent from start to finish. I had camera gear that I wanted to exchange for a new camera. I got various quotes from other businesses but Jessops's quote was by far the best. I turned up to their shop, and in 30minutes I had my quote presented to me. Unlike other businesses who wanted my equipment sent to them by post for an evaluation. The team at the shop was very knowladgable and very friendly. I came out of the shop with a happy experience.

We ordered in store. Max was very helpful & friendly. He was very knowledgeable about your products. It took 11 days before it was delivered. Not sure if that was Jessops or delivery firm.

The team was incredibly courteous and supportive, particularly for someone like me who is new to photography. The staff at the Leeds location were exceptionally well-informed and professional.

Offered a £10 discount after on about £1700 purchase that didn't add on the final bill. Didnt go back to the store cos it was raining hard.

The goods were delivered FOC within 2 days and used a code system for additional security.

Traded in a camera with Jessops and the process was really quick and seamless. Couldn't recommend enough. Well with my hand on my heart I can truly say the staff at Shrewsbury Mardol shop went above and beyond and back again. I lost my dad in August, and we wanted some pictures restored and some scanning and adding to disc, well to say this was an easy task is wasn't there were 183 photos ranging from early 1900's to 1980's and there were 4 to be restored one being a wedding photo that was taken 25/12/1909 and was so faded. Well a total mammoth task i left them in their capable hands knowing that this is not a 5 minute job so when I got a phone call 5 weeks later, remember we have had Christmas and new year as well, saying they were done, so I went in and collected my photos and wow I was speechless they are magicians the restored photos are like they were taken today. There are no words to say how truly greatful I am you have made my ancestors come to life again 117 years after the photo was taken
