I visited the store with my friend after both of us decided we wanted to get mirrorless cameras for our travels. Assistant was very helpful and arranged for the cameras to be sent to our home addresses at it was not in stock at the store. The cameras both arrived next day. Amazing service!! Thank you

I ordered a digiscope for my telescope, I asked for somebody to call me when my digiscope had arrived and could i be shown how to fit the digiscope on to a telescope. After giving my details i waited 1 full week and ended up ringing them myself. I was told it had come in 2 days after ordering.
We had also spoke about when ordering we would be shown on how to put the digiscope on to my telescope as I was very new to sky watching and using a telescope.
After 1 week and no phone call, I rang to see if my product had been delivered to the shop, I was informed that it had been there for 1 week.
We made a 12 mille journey to the shop, when we arrived I was given my digiscope, when I asked why I wasn't told my digiscope had arrived but did not know anything about it.
I asked if he could show me how to fit it , I was told there are instructions inside and given my digiscope and that was that.
I was left bewildered and wished that I had gone somewhere else. Obviously there is a communication problem with the staff within the shop as to what the customer has asked for when ordering goods.
I was not impressed.

Having decided the telescope to buy for our grand daughter we were really happy when introduced to a much better product on special offer. The assistant was friendly and professional and made our experience excellent.

Used the DLSR camera cleaning service. My camera was checked while I waited and ready within 2 days exactly as ordered. Pictures are now much clearer with no blemishes

Easy process to receive money for my camera.
I took my camera into a store which they sent off for me. Within 5 days I received an email and then the promised quote into my bank account.

Attended shop in Preston today, the staff member Sy was so helpful. I was in a rush and not being very tech, they talked me through all the steps and arranged for the perfect gift. In addition the service provided was swift and the product perfect. Thanks again. Will definitely be back for any future personalised gifts.

Went in two weeks ago got two films developed £32 one didn’t turn out was told if come back with next film would only be £7.50 to pay so I chose not to get the partial refund. Been back today with another film told it will cost £15 as the film is black and white! Only 24 exposures! Asked for a refund of the original difference in cost but I didn’t have the receipt (don’t actually remember getting one but did pay on card) but I did have the original paper bag where Simon had written on how much I’d paid and how much it would cost to get next film developed, no mention of alternating prices and this was for a weeks turnaround not 24 hours like the last one! Petty jobsworth refused to give me partial refund without a receipt even though happy to process the film with discount how does that make sense?? Poor service will NOT use again AND still owed money!

What a pleasant experience! I part exchanged some older kit and bought a new camera. The assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable and patient taking the time to run through the camera controls and it’s features. I would certainly recommend and will, no doubt, be visiting again in the near future.
