there are always very helpful

Not a very honest company. Bought a hard drive from them months ago that they kept telling me was coming direct from the supplier. Quick to take my money slow to ever - or in this case never - deliver. Eventually, after 2 or 3 months, they wrote saying it would now cost another £150 and they are trying to get hold of stock. Why Jessops? Just why? Why not simply say 'out of stock' or 'item no longer stocked' instead of taking customer's money and stringing them along for months? I eventually just asked for a refund and bought it elsewhere, I found 3 other places that had them IN STOCK and were selling them cheaper than Jessops. In my reply I said that Jessops should recognise what they've done and offer a goodwill gesture, in return for showing faith that I'd waited for months. Guess what, the sales guys totally ignored my point, so I replied to his reply, and guess what? He then ignored my entire email and never replied. lol What a s*** service from Jessops. Won't be using them again while there are much better options around. Sad they've gone down the toilet like this.

Jessops store in Kingston Upon Thames have the best staff, so helpful and knowledgeable about the camera equipment they sell. After going through several cameras in store looking for the next right camera for me to have a go with I settled on the Z6III with a new large lens, it was an expensive spend so I wanted it to be the right camera no regrets and one of the shops staff 'Mas' helped me to make the right choice, thanks Mas for all your help. Thanks also to Rory too who took over with the final on order items on Mas's day off, what a great team Jessops has at the Kingston branch. I had the camera arrive in store within a couple days so yesterday I went out for the first time to use the camera and I wasn't disappointed with the results.

Jessops are a waste of space…seriously let me down…no information from them had to keep chasing them and ended up cancelling order and getting a refund…will never use them again

I had a great experience getting my passport photo taken. Rory was friendly, professional, and very helpful throughout the process. The photos were taken quickly, looked great, and everything was explained clearly. Excellent service from Rory — highly recommended!

Dreadful service no communication or updates

I ordered a Kodak camera 15th August with preorder date delivery of 26th August I heard nothing back until I contacted them and then that it was delayed to mid September but no definite date other online retailers had it in stock. Birthday present ruined. Requested a refund

Ordered prints on 29th heard nothing payment taken I contacted Jessops on 9th Sept asking how long they take to print and deliver apparently there was an issue in their system and photos didn't transfer over again no communication from them to inform me until I chased it up.

I would not recommend Jessops unless you are happy to wait with no communication or updates so my advice shop else where. First time ordering with Jessops and this will be the last.

I've sent numerous emails about both orders dreadful customer service.

Ordered a BenQ SW242Q monitor over a month ago, on the 7th August, stated on the website 10 to 14 days delivery, I've now have had to call four times, asking where the monitor is, every time there's another excuse, now 7 weeks and no monitor. Jessops have not bothered to contact me once during entire period! 23rd September cancelled order and asked for a refund!

Customer service is pitiful, Reaching out doesn't help, It would be great if they had basic technical knowledge.

The reason you only get a 1 star is, I gave you clear referenced info from Sigma stating that the adaptor should be included, you still came out with nothing to offer except patronising words. Sigma sorted this out in a few minutes, excellent customer care. now I am an ex customer from Jessops.

Ordered prints for my daughter's 6th birthday on 27th August and I'm still waiting. DPD have contacted me to say they are still waiting for Jessops to despatch the order. I've contacted Jessops but no one has got back to me to confirm what has happened to my order. Charging nearly £5 delivery when turnaround is so long seems very unreasonable. I would highly advise against ordering anything through this company. Awful customer service.

Having bought one pair of binoculars from Jessops, and cancelled an order for another pair, I have been very impressed by their customer service. The phone was answered immediately and their staff responded to emails within minutes. The binoculars were also the lowest price I could find online.

I will feel very confident about ordering from Jessops in future due to their specialist support, great communication and excellent pricing policy.

Absolutely amateur customer service. Ordered items on different dates, called them to ascertain a delivery window, but they went one better and guaranteed specific dates. However, their warehouse did not dispatch products on time and thus 2 specific dates were missed causing major inconvenience. Whenever I contacted their customer service team they seem to have a care free attitude and a complacency in their attitude towards the issue. Avoid this rank amateur company.

I ordered a couple pair of sunglasses a two weeks before the (partial) eclipse. They arrived within the advised time frame and allowed us to safely "enjoy the show"

The glasses were fully compliant with safety certifications, etc. They were NOT some knockoff.
