Excellent Customer Service
It is not often, nowadays, that you get to deal with a company that care about their customers if there is a problem after a sale has been made (particularly when buying online).
I recently purchased an item which stated 3-5 day delivery which was fine. The item turned up within 2 days but unfortunately was the wrong one. So I picked up the phone, preparing myself for a long painful process, and the phone was answered in less than a minute by a super gentleman (Raphael).
I explained the problem and he asked me to email through a photo. He called me back within ten mins and told me he could arrange for the incorrect item to be picked up the next day.
The following day the item was picked up and I emailed Raphael to let him know (with a copy of the collection receipt). I got a quick email response saying that he would dispatch the correct item immediately.
I received my camera the following day which was 4 days from the date of order (ie. Within the original 3-5 days I was initially quoted.)

Cancelled order as no dispatch date given . Shame as I chose Jessops instead of amazon in the hope the camera would arrive safely - ended up buying same from amazon at same price and the delivery from amazon came the next day with a security code to ensure safe delivery .

While Amazon can sometimes offer fast delivery, purchasing cameras through Jessops has important benefits that aren’t always immediately visible. We offer expert product knowledge, manufacturer-backed stock, UK warranties, and dedicated aftersales support should you need advice, servicing, or repairs.
That said, we sincerely apologise for any inconvenience caused by the delayed delivery. December is an incredibly busy period and on very rare occasions, delays can occur however ultimately we understand we did not meet our 3-5 working day delivery estimate and appreciate that was the reason for the cancellation.

When I walked into Jessops last March, I didn't know what I wanted; I had a budget and some ideas about what I wanted to be capturing. A very helpful employee asked me about what I wanted to do with the camera and suggested a couple of different cameras which were within my budget, and I ended up picking the Canon EOS R100. It's been perfect so far and the experience in shop was second to none.

Helpful, friendly staff
I've been having issues uploading photos from my phone to online sites to create a photo calendar. I went into Jessops in Sauchiehall St, and was met by a lovely, welcoming team. I explained my issues and Lewis kindly helped me, and stayed with me the whole time to ensure my calendar was completed to my satisfaction (even asking me about boarders, styles, not something I would have considered). I would definitely recommend this store and staff
