How this website can be so scam? Absolute no.1 scammers in uk!!!!! They just take my all money never mind how much you lose i lose 2200£ and still won 5£ back from scattee ?!!!!!!! How ??? How this website legal ? How!??? Need close down i fill the form to gambling commision!!!

Awful been letting me deposit for months first time I won they closed my account asked to send decoments which I did still no response. Why let someone deposit but not withdraw ? Looking at reviews it happens a lot

Do not use!!!! I have played for a couple of years won £150 on Halloween tried to withdraw it they needed me to verify my details which I did a week later nothing I contact them and they have closed my account! Absolute scam can’t believe that they think it’s ok will definitely be taking further

Please please don't use this site! They took double the payments off me when I deposited last week 2 payment for the same amounts serval times. Ive reported it threw the bank. I have also been in touch with jackpotjoy.com to get my money back. Provided all evidence. They keep coming back saying they need more. Even thou I have an email from them last week saying that the money shouldn't have left my account as they were duplicate payments. They took it all. Then today when I still had money on my account I went to take it out and they have closed my account down. So not only have the stole £200 from me they have also closed down my account with money on it because I reported that they done this. Now I'm taken all my emails from them and myself and my bank statements to a higher company and I've made a complaint and this won't be getting left as its theft

I'm shocked at the bad reviews because it hasn't been my experience. Have been with the site for many years and never had a problem withdrawing or getting help quickly if I need it. Lots seem to be complaining about slots. I play mainly slots and you need to be aware with slots on any site that it is simply luck and the random spin of the RNG. You can play £100 on a slot and not get a single bonus or play £1 and get a bonus right away. They use random number generators. So every spin is decided by this, meaning when you press spin the rng gives you a random outcome. People seem to think they're on a losing streak but this isn't true. Every spin is generated by RNG randomly and its tested from what i can see by independent organisations. So every spin is random. Nobody from a site is fiddling with the slot in order to stop you from winning. The RGNs make sure that each spin is independent. Meaning you have the same chance of hitting a jp or big win on every single spin no matter what has happened before. Think of it as each spin being the very first spin. Hope that clears it up a bit. Doesn't stop me being frustrated or even giving the screen a good telling off sometimes but isn't that part of it all? just don't let it get to you so much that it makes it not enjoyable to play. Don't chase a win thinking you've spent an hour and £50 on a slot so surely it must pay out soon. It doesn't work like that. Now? I chuck £20 on and get nothing. The balance just drops straight to zero — not even a 10p win. No excitement, no suspense, just a flat line.

I set myself a limit: I’d keep adding £20 over a couple of months until I hit a loss cap in the hundreds, sticking to 50p bets. Over that entire period, I got just two bonus rounds — one paid £5.50, the other £38.

Most of the time, my balance vanished without a single winning spin.

It’s no longer fun. After 25 years, I’ve closed my account.

BOYCOTT AT ALL COSTS. Hit a bonus at £5 and the game conveniently refreshed and I wasn’t awarded the bonus. Also had £276 in the account and it wouldn’t let me withdraw, spoke to an agent they couldn’t tell me why the withdrawal failed and that was that, no bonus returned either, just read the review this site is a NO GO at all costs

Absolute joke. 120 quid on goonies game and not one bonus nothing. The odd one pound win if that. I would avoid jackpot joy at all costs. So many better and fairer casino sites. Clearly jackpot joy just want to take take take and not pay out any prizes. It's ridiculous!!!!!

So they have technical issues and your withdrawl fails. You’re told to wait 72 to get your money it’s doesn’t arrive you’re told to wait 72 hours from each contact you make with them.
Their issues not mine do I can’t get a hold of my money.
Rest assured if I owed them they wouldn’t wait 72 hours to take it back.
Customer support useless and they “ understand your frustration” your understanding is not producing MY money though is it????

Every time you play on the slots it over charges you on each spin. If you keep a close eye you can see it charging twice sometimes for thr same spin. I am now going to delete the app. I would recommend people avoiding this site/app.

An update on my complaint - playing with Jackpot Joy I got a winning of £5000 and thereafter a win of around £300 give or take. Jackpot joy gave me my lower win which was requested after my £5k but held the bigger win telling me I had to do an enhanced verification. Bearing in mind I had this account since 2019.
They told me that I did not pass without any explanation and told me my winnings were void and my account was closed.

After research and digging and doing some investigation it has come to my attention that the law has been broken.

Verification Requested Only After Withdrawal (Breach of LCCP 17.1.1)

Under UKGC Licence Condition 17.1.1, operators must not make the processing of a withdrawal conditional on verification that could reasonably have been requested earlier.

I have now went the full way with the complaints process and now I have a case open with ECogra. I will be taking this the full way.

Do not play if you are looking to have a big win and be paid.

This company is a scam!! Can take money out your account but cannot pay winnings!! Deposited using apple pay and won 2.5k but because it wasnt used with my registered card on my account and used apple pay instead they voided the winnings!!! Disgusting!!
