I received a letter on behalf of my dad a few days ago and decided to play for him as it was played on my phone but connected to his card. But he had suddenly passed away.I’ve won over 60 pounds on there and as his card but his bank accounts had been shut off. So obviously cannot withdraw I then tried to contact customer services and after they had locked the account as I’m not the account holder but I’ve told them that my dad is no longer here. I could have proved it to them if needed to but they wouldn’t listen. I will not be playing on this gambling site again and no one else should either they just rob you blind. Awful service

I asked them a question about if it was possible to block slots as I only wanted to play bingo and they straight away closed my account! I'm sure they'll claim they were being responsible but you know what's not responsible? Having slots on bingo sites in the first place with no ability to block them or take a break. Why the gambling commission hasn't addressed this is beyond me. I haven't spent much money with them either to be flagged up as a "problem" I simply didn't want slots shoved in my face every time I played bingo. I have no issues with bingo and love to have a few games in the evenings and they've closed my account just from a simple query. Funny how you're allowed (even encouraged) to take breaks from the site but if you want a break from slots they call you a problem gambler and shut your account. Absolute hypocrites.

I had an account open and running for months with no issues, I won £300 and when I went to withdraw I got kicked off my account, they blocked it and made up some lie saying I failed there vefication even though I didn’t and also have the documents to prove this, THIS COMPANY SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO TRADE
I have reported to the police and the gambling commission as it’s the only way I will be able to get my money back that they have stolen. DISGUSTING

46 days and counting and still not been paid my winnings I’m in stage 2 of my complaint stage every time I call il lied to saying account is under review they can’t help me even being asked “why do I want the money I’ve won” and “why do I keep calling” the customer service is dreadfull

On jackpotjoy.i got deposit limit monthly.but managed to win few times. Withdrew it.n then put it bk on .went on it today I had 120 spend limit.put 70 on.so it said I had 50 left before my deposit was up fr Dec.but then it came up no cant deposit as reached net deposit linit went on live chat and was told ive reached my net deposit of 500 which I didn't even know was on it n that I now cannot deposit till January.this is wrong if you you win n withdraw the deposit limit goes bk up.but no.it seems to me the site doesn't like you winning much. This is by far the worst online gambling site.
Your chances of winning are minimal, and the chances of getting a bonus is as rare as rocking horse s#@t! When I think about the money I have played with on this fixed site, I could have won loads on other decent sites! Something isn't right with jackpot joy, yet somehow they are able to get away with it! And this isn't sore loser mentality by the way, I haven't played on there for sometime now, as I thought I would stay away for a while, and see how I genuinely felt about the site........ So in the past I have enjoyed JPJ and won a few times. However recently I've noticed that it takes money without spinning!! I had 60p left did a 40p spin and it said 'not enough funds' and took my balance to 11p!! And it's not the first time it's done this!! Won't be playing again!!

I have loved playing on Jackpotjoy for 20 years. Things have become poor recently but today was the final straw. Aparently I have been flagged up as potentially having a gambling problem because I put in chat that my husband was awaiting a pacemaker. I did that because I have friends online and we are a proper community, we share our daily life. In JPJs opinion I might be gambling to escape my real life!!! They even admitted I am in profit this month. I could not stand the accusing way they talked to me, they didnt ring to see if my husband was OK only to accuse me of using gambling as an escape. I am so upset because I have been chatting to some of those poeple for 20 years. What an obnoxious company JPJ has become. I am devastated.
