Another pointless box bonanza game 25p shocking avoid promos are really bad

They're making it impossible for me to claim my withdrawal.

I wagered when I was in the UK (I'm a UK citizen) and as per their emails, Yoti verified me automatically, so I could deposit and play. I then made my withdrawal request before travelling and working abroad.

Virgin Games then demanded the following from me in order to process a withdrawal, and wouldn't even register a complaint about the verification process until I was verified, creating a circular loop.

Here's what they asked for:

1. A photographic ID (such as a passport or driving license) in the form of a selfie, showing you holding this document outside your house, showing your house number or name in the image.

This image must also contain today's date written on a piece of paper.

Not only is this INCREDIBLY intrusive for a small withdrawal, it's impossible for people such as travellers, people who work abroad, people who work in other parts of the country etc, even when you play 100% legally.

I have offered plenty of other alternatives, including everything except being physically outside of my registered address (I'm not in the country currently, so this is genuinely impossible).

They refused to accept any kind of verification. NEVER have I ever been asked for such strict verification over such a minor amount of money.

Customer service is terrible, as well. Harry F was particularly unfriendly and unhelpful.

I would highly recommend you to AVOID.

I wouldn’t trust Virgin Games at all. In my experience, the payouts on their games are consistently disappointing. On Slingo, even when you hit a full house, they seem to award the lowest possible payout. The same applies to bonus features on other games – regardless of the stake you’re playing, the bonus rounds often seem to result in the minimum payout.

I’ve played on other gaming sites and haven’t had the same experience. Based on my own experience, I wouldn’t recommend Virgin Games and will be avoiding the site in future.

Can't understand the bad reviews from my experience it's been good decent app fast withdrawals good games. Problem with alot of people is they don't understand what volatility is they automatically complain about the RTP yes it's gone down a little but you can still win you just have to play the right games. This is a scam website. I play at several online casinos and virgin games is the only one I have never ever won at after depositing several thousand pounds over the last year or so. I've been with Virgin Games since 2013, and it's genuinely sad to see what the platform has become.

After more than a decade as a customer, it's disappointing to say goodbye. There were a lot of good memories here, but sadly the platform today bears little resemblance to the one I signed up for in 2013.
