Do not buy Jackery products! Their highly advertised "5-Year Global Warranty" is a total fraud.I have a real case (Ticket #1537402). After I provided them with a clear video of the defect, Jackery's technical support officially confirmed the internal BMS/battery issue. However, instead of resolving the problem, they turned this into an absolute farce:Local Dealers Refused to Help: Jackery's official dealers in Kyiv, Ukraine, completely washed their hands of the situation, stating: "You didn't buy it from us directly, so your 'Global' warranty means nothing here."Outrageous Logistics Demands: Now, their European support team (Roel and Alice Manzanero) is demanding that I—a customer living in war-torn Ukraine under daily missile strikes and air raid sirens—logistically organize and pay for the ground transportation of a 30 kg Dangerous Goods hazard-class lithium battery to their warehouse in Germany!Legal Absurdity: Regular international couriers like DHL or FedEx legally prohibit civilians from shipping heavy, defective lithium-iron-phosphate (LiFePO4) batteries across borders from Ukraine. Jackery is literally forcing me to violate safety laws just to get a warranty replacement.They could easily ship a refurbished unit or a replacement part, but they choose lazy corporate bureaucracy and total hypocrisy over real customer support. This is an absolute clown show and an embarrassment for a self-proclaimed "premium brand." Potential buyers in the US and EU, beware: if your unit breaks, you are on your own!

I can power my refrigerator during power outages for the amount of time I need to turn it on to make my food last slightly longer after I open it. I can recharge my jackery power station in my car when the power is out, leaving my refrigerator keeping my unfrozen food cool enough to not spoil for a few days during an outage. I can also plug it into an external air conditioner and space heater without it melting as long as I cover the cord and the side closest to the space heater without a fire retardant rag from a shirt that was torn recently from my dad’s job. Definitely the most versatile uninterruptible power supply and external battery I could ever recommend. I cannot speak to customer service’s helpfulness because I never required help from them, but they sent me emails to let me know that they are there if I need them.

Even though my equipment was old your representative actively and continually try to solve my problem. The effort and the response was among the best I've seen and online technology organization. I especially appreciated your direct answers to my questions as our problem solving went along. I thought you did a great job.

I have had 2 issues where the connectors overheated and melted together. Jackery honored their warranty without question. There rep was very professional and understanding. Very pleased with the system so far. Just think they should do some research and figure out how to prevent the connectors from welding together.

Unit handles startup watts that other brand would just die and never start again, those other brands were returned and got a refund. Jackery may not have pass through volts/watts, but otherwise a good unit to chose if you can get to it and turn it on when the power fails - can be a challenge when sleeping using CPAP and oxygen concentrator not realizing power has been lost.

We bought our Jackery for our off shore power camping trips. The Jackery enables me connect our Starlink, laptop, and phone for a remote office. With this set up I can work all day without running the power down. I can add our solar panel and with full sun, I charge back to 100% by the end of the day. Our last trip was with 90 degree weather and Jackery gave us the ability to run a fan all night. The only improvement I could suggest is the app. I don’t find the app to be very useful.

We purchased two of the 3600 Plus generators along with one manual transfer switch to hook up to our electric box in our home. The set up went smoothly when hooking up the box and within days we had a power outage where we were able to put the unit into use. The unit ran everything we had hooked up to the Pro Tran 2 box without any problems. I couldn't get over how easy it was to switch to the generator then back once our power was restored. The extra generator will be used in another building to run freezers if power is out for an extended period. We have dealt with more outages this year than we have ever had so having these generators will make these times easier to deal with. When we decided to order the second unit customer service was so helpful which we appreciated very much. The items were shipped in several packages but all came within 10 days if not less. We are very pleased with these purchases and will be highly recommending to our family & friends.

Have had a great experience with our Jackery battery system thus far. Effective in its use, and easy to employ. Needed to use customer support once, and found that system to also be easy & effective (and prompt in the representative's response and follow-up.
