Good customer service and product support

My questions were answered quickly and the Jackery team were very aggressive to solve my challenge.

Not sure on timeliness of this review. I would like to see better operating temps improved. Here in TX my 2000 reaches 113 plus easily in summer. That’s an issue. Perhaps a fan would help. Currently using a 1000 and a 2000 every Saturday for about 5 hours at farmers market to power two 45 cup coffee brewers. 1000 lasts about 3 hours, but 2000 lasts all day. Thanks

Jackery had an effective remedy for an ongoing problem with a solar generator.

Their products work just fine, but compared with others, they're overpriced. But mainly here, I want to mention their association with Capital One Shopping. Jackery's marketing seems like bait and switch. I've placed two orders with Jackery directly, both being influenced by the reward offered through Capital One Shopping. Both were deemed as ineligible. But you don't know for sure that you're not going to get the reward until after the "return window" has closed. Capital One Shopping informed me that if you use a coupon, then the merchant (Jackery) invalidates the reward. And Jackery offers a coupon, which is much less than the Capital One Reward. You think, "Great!" I'm getting this coupon and this 15% Capital One Shopping reward, but you're not. I suppose they know that. 15% of their high-end products can be hundreds of dollars. They bait you with that, and then switch you to a much less coupon, I suppose, knowing this way you'll not get the 15%. This is not good. So, if I want a Jackery, I can order it through Amazon or some other dealer. I'll still likely pay more than it's worth, but the actual product is good.

Customer service was great, was able to return my unit for repairs without any hassle. I'm referring this brand to my friends and family. We my experience, I feel comfortable of purchasing bigger units with confidence of the warranty.

The products - Explorer 1000 Pro and HomePower 3000, along with Solar Saga 80W and 100W Solar Panels - have all been excellent; I very much appreciate the ease of plugging our RV and solar panels to the unit, providing energy to both our RV and the power station. The instructions are straightforward; connecting and charging is very simple. I also need to add that the customer service has been prompt and excellent. I had a faulty Solar Panel Connector which made connecting multiple panels a challenge. I contacted the folks at Jackery, and they immediately sent me a new Connector; since then, power connection has again been flawless. My experience with Jackery continues to be excellent. Very grateful. I highly recommend Jackery products!!

The Process, although involved, was through and well supported by the technician's instructions. The issue was diagnosed and the battery unit was replaced. I started the process 7/9/2026 and the battery was replaced by 8/17/2026. I was kept aware of the progress and most of the time was stemmed from my need to actually take the time to do the tests requested. Jackery patiently kept in touch with me through the entire process. Thank you Jackery!!

The genesis behind buying the Jackery 3600 was to power a BiPap machine for a very special teenager. Saturday night we had our trial run. Worked great and at just under 10 hours it only used 17% of storage capacity. Very happy with the Jackery 3600. Also customer service responded very quickly with informative answers.

Quick service but.... I would have given 5 stars, but my extension cable was not put into a separate shipping box prior to shipment and was damaged by Fedex as a result. I prefer storing my cables in their original boxes until needed and prefer those boxes to be in good condition.

I purchased the 3600 pro and it would only charge about 15 minutes. Turns out it was defective. I emailed customer service and they instructed me to pack and ship it back. I sent it on a Monday and had my replacement delivered by Friday afternoon the same week. For my troubles they also sent me a free car charger. This customer service was very helpful and awesome. Thank you very much.

My jackery 5000 ac port caved in with less then a year use , Absolutely garbage system made of Lego pieces selling for the price of a car (when complete) there is nothing holding the ac ports from caving in & now it feels like a button . I will never purchase another jackery product ever again , they do not respect customers time , money & peice of mind . Let them go backrupt , force them to fix their garbage or spend the money of a car on a disrespectfully built piece of equipment. It can't even run a fridge by itself bc it takes more wattage staying on then the fridge takes to run. Jackery engineers should be fired & shamed into obscurity for their malicious/deceptive & utterly disrespectful designs.

Had a performance issue some two years after initial purchase. Customer service was prompt in resolving the problem and quickly arranged for a replacement under warranty. They even expedited the delivery of the replacement unit.

We’ve had power outages twice sense I received the generator. 8 + 14 hrs. In about 14 days apart. Weather related. The system worked flawlessly. Rolled it out and powered up between 5-10 minutes. Lights and TV were back on in minutes.
Customer service was great, answered all questions and returned with answers promptly.
No problems on shipping. Looks like the generator itself comes from California and solar panels from Texas via FedEx.

Love it. Product is a work horse. Great customer service if ever have an issue.

No run around, my defective Explorer 1000 was replaced without any problem. Customer service was great ( Mesomi ), she’s very patient and determined to provide excellent customer service. Every questions I asks was properly answered, I will highly recommend Jackery products for its great customer service.
