Went to them with my batteries issues and going through the checklist to find the issue. Batteries would not take a charge and were completely dead . .At that point Jackery decided to they would replace the batteries. To that I say “thank you very much “ .

Up-selling or pushy bait and switch tactics are not employed, so the Jackery site promotes honesty and integrity while offering a quality, proven product.
Your guarantee policies through product registration is above what most competitive companies of similar products offer. That's reassuring.
Ordering was seamless, packaging sturdy and protective and delivery was prompt.
My product is not something I will use daily or even weekly, it's more of a stand-by, just in case the SHTF.
I feel confident, by following the product guidelines, my Jackery will not let me down and will serve me well if/when needed.

Initially the support as I was learning the system, it's response to AZ heat in the summer, which is exceptional. The app is excellent and informative such that I have confidence that the system is functioning optimally during periods when I am away from home. Our electric bill is averaging a minimum of $40 less per billing period, down from an average of $212 per month on a budget billing plan to $119 per month as of September 2026 (one full year of use). The Jackery system did what we intended which was to support out 2025 Thanksgiving dinner by keeping our lights on while the rest of the neighborhood went dark.

Prior to purchasing my power station I had questions, so I contacted customer service. Each time I called I got an automated message that they could not take my call. I found this frustrating and thought their customer service was lacking. However, I finally realized that I could leave a message and they would call me back. I was pleasantly surprised that I got a call back within a few minutes and the rep was exceptionally helpful and friendly. I ended up buying one of their power stations and again was very pleased with the packaging and instructions that came with it. I only made this purchase for the times when we experience a power outage and hope I don't need it. But it is comforting to know I have it if needed.

Jackery is an amazing brand with fantastic customer service. We used the battery on a camping trip and it provided power to our things for over two days! Definitely worth it!

We were replied to in a prompt and courteous way. The appropriate materials were sent out right away with a follow-up message to inquire whether we had received them.

I purchased the Explorer 5000 plus. I was a skeptical because of a previous experience with shipping a really big, heavy item. But my unit was delivered quickly and arrived safely without any damage. Unboxing was very simple. I charged it up in 2.6 hrs. I have not tried to use it yet. But I have complete faith that it will perform as expected should we lose power.

I received a "label has been created" message for about a week, I spoke to a rep at Jackery concerning why it had not been shipped and she was to find out the status and get back to me but never did. Anyway I did receive my unit a few days later and charged it to 100%. Happy to report that this past weekend we lost power for about 5 hours and my Jackery 2000v2 powered my large side-by-side and several lights easily. Very happy with my purchase and plan to buy a slightly larger unit in near future.

I chose Jackery back up power system after SCE cut off power for more than 36 hours when Southern California occurred wildfire in January 2025. I had purchased 1 300 watts, 2 1000 watts, and 2 5000 watts battery, one Smart Transfer Switch with 2 500 watts solar panels. I found 500 watts solar produced only 55 watts power, so I plugged the cable from the other end and got 280 watts power, then I found the Anderson connectors between 2 panels had been stuck because of high temperature weather. I called Jackery for the problem and got a replacement panel in a week. I am happy about Jackery customer service, and I trust Jackery products quality.

Had an issue with part of my system, the team at Jackery responded quickly, went over and above to make it right, very impressed.

Fast shipping.although I haven’t used my new purchase yet I am confident it will perform as advertised! I am awaiting a electrician to install a transfer switch before I even unpack my Jackery!

Easy process and great customer service. Our unit provided enough power for an entire day of remote work for only 20% of the battery. This is a great backup for work, refrige, whatever you might need in a power outage or remote location. Charges quick by plug or by solar in a day.

My item is barely over to 30day return date. By 5 days!
I was not looking for a refund, I was actually going to purchase a more expensive product as well as spend even more money on a backup battery. That's not going to happen. You can see, i purchased a cold weather bag, and am a loyal customer.
You just lost my future business. Poor customer service.
