Product is working as expected. Solar Charging is quick and easy.

Great so far! I really didn't need to use it, but I did just so I could see what it would do for me. I needed to air up my exercise ball, I had to use the cigarette lighter. You could see it working but unlike my 4Patriot it didn't use up any juice, it's still at 100%! I love it!

My Jackery had died. After contacting Jackery via email, they asked me to send a few details. Within a couple of days I had a shipping label, sent it back to them, and within a week I had a new Jackery on my porch.

The products arrived separately, but promptly. And when I had a question, customer service was quick to respond and helpful.

I had several questions prior to the buying process, and afterwards, which were promptly answered by your agents. And they gave very thorough answers and that was great!

I purchased an Explorer 300 v2 from Best Buy because it was out of stock everywhere else. Right after I bought it, it went out of stock at Best Buy. I have two 1000 v2 Explorers and expect to find this smaller size very convenient when I need immediate light during a power failure. The 300 v2 will replace my SLA batteries and inverter I use for Spectrum backup. I like the 6 hr. power saving feature and especially the 200W + AC charging. I wanted/waited for the 300 v2 for the quick home charge. Solar interests me but is more of an afterthought here in the Northeast. Tracking the delivery from Best Buy was slow until FedEx finally picked it up but speedy after FedEx took over. I ordered a toaster cover to keep the dust off inside and may buy a case later. I am enjoying checking the wattage of items I would power in a power failure with the 300 v2.

The Jackery 5000plus is an Excellent product.
I believe one of the best in the industry.

However, sadly the Customer technical support was not the best.

The rep was sarcastic in claiming the issues getting it to funtion properly was me operator error.

I ended up having to disassemble my transfer switch and Fuse panel box to prove I didnt have a floating ground or neautral. And of course.. my electrical service was funtioning properly.

In the end even after tell the Rep it was a Jackery issue.

I was able to prove this. When the Jackery was disconnected from the wall charging. The device switches to Split phase. However... my unit although worked fine in single phase. Switched from 60hz to 50hz in split phase.

Then the Rep tried to shift this simple mistake on me claiming it must have changed during our trouble shooting.

Hello... that was the purpose of the original complaint of the unit failing to work properly.

JACKERY FAILED IN Quality control before sending the unit.

In the end I figured it out on my own. This rep did more harm to Jackery business. How about owning youre mistake.

I had an issue with one of our recharging cords. Lindsey from customer service was absolutely wonderful & helpful. The cord was replaced. We love the 3 Jackery generators that we have. Would highly recommend them.

One of the best products on the market absolutely amazing for storage and solar capability

Easy to purchase. Came right away. Easy to set up. Worked right away. This summer we used it to plug in an small AC unit in the back room. PERFECT!

I’m really impressed with my explorer 5000 plus and when I had an issue with a charging cable for the panels they did not hesitate to send out another set of panels and cables. They were easy to deal with and made it right quickly. I have no complaints

I have used the solar system and the battery system on 1 occasion and they work in conjunction of charging the tools for use and recharging the battery while and after using the tools, which consisted of 110v drills and shop vacuum. Everything was easy and the concept of not having to lay out a land line was interesting.
